6What I thought was a professional establishment turns out to be the complete opposite. Parked my car Friday for an event here, now I understand how NYC can be and for the most part thought I would be pleased with the way they operated the garage until one of the parking attendants decided to steal something of value from within my glove compartment. Luckily I was able to track its location with the tracker but be very mindful that there is staff that not only steals but will rummage through your belongings to steal. Never parking here again!
Didn't hold my reservation and gave away my spot. Lost $60 with no way of getting my money back.
Should be a 0. Accidents Happen a lot at this garage.but the worst is Getting lied to by Jamel. Your claim will jot be handled.
When you are at the entrance they tell you $32 for 2 hours and when you go pay they charge you $45. That's false information. The DCWP will know about this.
Do not park here by looking at rate. They have hidden rates for diff car
I was worried about the ratings but i had a good experience with the nice staff. It did take longer compared to some other lots I visited past few weeks but it's not terrible.
I would suggest saving extra 10-15min.
