MPG Parking (MP Jay), Brooklyn NY

DO NOT PARK HERE. 0 stars if I could. There was blatant damage to my car (large dent, scratched off paint, yellow paint that transferred from another car or pole - whatever they hit, and the whole fender liner was ripped off and bent back, hanging on by a thread).

To make matters even worse, they tried to hide the damage and were not forthcoming that anything had happened. Now I am on the hook to cover all costs out of pocket and face increased insurance premiums for their complete and utter lack of competency and care. So incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, disgusting behavior. My family has been parking in city garages for decades and have never had an experience like this before. This company should be out of business.

Came here on a Saturday at noon. It was much more affordable then most other garages in the vicinity. Close to the carousel and the Time Out food market. Definitely check SpotHero to reserve ahead of time. Attendants were very nice. Easy in, easy out.

The garage has a “stop here” sign on the left, when stopped appropriately, a guy came out and shouted at us as well as the next person that we are not supposed to stop there. The main boss who is older/asian was also shouting and told us the garage was fully booked even though we had reserved 12 hours online. Luckily someone else among the staff helped us there. Staff appear to be angry and rude with poor customer service and they are overbooking parking spots which is odd. If you can find another place I would reccomend that. Hands down the worst garage parking in the city I’ve experienced which is sad.

Would rate 0 stars if I could…I have valet parked at many NYC parking garages without a precedent for the experience we had at 100 Jay Street. STAY AWAY! They damaged our SUV completely on the back as if they remed it into an object or pole; then they proceeded to conceal the damage by parking the rear of the vehicle up against a wall. They never notified us of the damage and attempted to evade responsibility. Afterwards they even thought they deserved to get a tip from me. They have avoided all phone calls by never answering their phone. Now I have to file an insurance claim myself (goodbye deductible and perfect driving status) and change the whole back of my car and pay around $10,000 for that. My advice is to never park your car there. Also the whole time they’ve been super rude to me. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Racist person working there on Saturday morning. Went to gym and he practically yelled at me so I asked for the key. Do better

It’s a scam, charge you more when you come get your car. Also extremely rude service they guy was mean and condescending
