We will 100% use them again. They had a wide variety of bounce houses to choose from. The man who delivered the bounce house could not have been nicer to my 4 year old. He even let her press the button to inflate the bounce house for her bday party. Thank you!

We ordered a bounce house for my Sons birthday. It never showed up. When we called we were told it wasn’t coming because we didn’t do a deposit. When ordered we were told if we paid in CASH they would wave the taxes however no mention of deposit during conversation. We said it would be cash on delivery The person we spoke with today is the same individual we spoke to when ordering he was very rude and hung up on my Wife. Not to mention no answer on repeated call backs. We’ve done business with them before with no issues. However never again. We will buy our own moving forward.

First and LAST time renting from this place, My daughter 7th birthday. I didnt get a chance to pay the deposit, so i didnt even know they where comming. The owner, said i Would get a call the day before. NEVER GOT A CALL They dropped the bounce house off, WITHOUT CALLING, so time stared before anybody was even there. Then I called the manager, he says " oh apologies, just give me 250 and we have the bounce house until 8: 30, the people showed up at 7pm. Even the delivery peopele was weird, rude especially the bald head skinny skinny one. I calls the manager back he says he never said 8: 30, the latest we can keep it was 8pm, manager never said anything about the extra 20 on the phone when I talked to him but told his delivery people, if I wanted it till 8 I would have to now pay the extra 20$ bringing it back to 270 the original price, he took off for the BS they pulled earlier that day. Greedy and not honest. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THESE GREEDY PEOPLE AGAIN. May is well buy your own right out, these type people will F you over NO LIE.

Top notch! Used other companies and the experience with Mr BigBounce is 100% better! Super accommodating with questions and last minute date changes they always answered me promptly and positively.

Day of event they were hours early because they were busy and great to work with.

100% recommend! They were absolutely wonderful, and professional. The bounce house was HUGE- all the kids loved it and all the parents wanted to know where it was from! Will definitely be using Mr. Big Bounce again for future parties.

Decent product, poor customer service.
The attitude of the delivery personnel was very unprofessional. They were complaining about the location of our order as if it were an inconvenience to them.

I use them for all my party rental needs! Very professional, polite, responsive to calls, policies and prices are reasonable!
