Really really really not good Chinese food. I think this is the worst I’ve had in the city!
This order was trash, the customer service is trash.it is a trash box RESTAURANT. Oily, stomach ache.food.and when the order is wrong.they blame the customer and refuse to assist
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN
It was my first time ordering here, but it was recommended to me, so I decided to try it. The food was fresh, tasty and exactly how I can recall NY Chinese Food taste. The well fried dumplings were perfection just how I like them. The shrimp lo mein was also so-y-delicous. What I loved the most that I had leftovers for lunch, therefore, you get more food for your money. Thank you Mr. Chen, the recommendation became an awesome review.
As to the service, I received 3 phone calls, and an email from someone there, letting me know that what I had originally order (Lobster LoMein) they no longer served it. Which was super nice of them to reach me and let me know, but also provided other options-I went for the shrimp lomein. Thank you for the great service. When I am back this way, I will def try you guys again.
Recently ordered 2 chicken and broccoli with white rice, it seems the broccoli was not washed, bit on a piece of broccoli full of sand, will not come back again.
I liked it because they still have the menu on the wall with light and I remember it. When I first arrived in this country. 25 years ago and my children were delighted.with the fish

My hubby and I have been going to Mr. Chen every Friday for about 12 years now. They know our kid and we know theirs. We talk about life and they're like family to us. The food is top notch. They have a lot of variety, even offering Thai dishes and Hong Kong style soup. The portions are huge. Everything we've tried is always very flavorful and always fresh.
