Mr Clean, Brooklyn NY

First lost my dress, then when I got it back and took off the dry cleaning bag it was ruined - stained and they bent the belt buckle. I would not bring your clothes here.

Most of the people working here are nice and helpful.others not so much. Currently looking for a new dry cleaner after one disappointing interaction.

We love Mr lieder and Pinny. Always a pleasure doing work with you. Nice big and beautiful store.

Have used them for 7 years.
The manager Tuli is great. He comes out to my car to get the Clothes for me.
He calls me to make sure i'm home and then delivers my Clothes.
The cleaned clothes don't smell like chemicals, because they use non toxic cleaning.

I just had a really awfull experience, i gave a shirt to be boxed for thursday (needed it for sat). They gave it back on a hanger, is was full of new stains so i brought it right back said they will do a redo for sunday its now wendsday and it is still not back.this was my second time using them and i dont plan on again.

Its not so easy to find a local reliable cleaners but thankfully i can have full faith that Mr Clean is quick and they do quality work, The manager always goes out of his way to be courteous and helpful as well.

Best cleaners. The customer service is fantastic. It's really hard to find good customer service noways, but Naftali is a breath of fresh air.
