The technician that provided the service, Peter was very professional and detailed the work that had to be done when I requested an estimate. One I accepted the estimate they booked my job right away and arrived on time with no issues. Asked for something in a certain spot. I was told a outlet would be put where I desired it to be with just a lil cutting on the inside of my home which I was ok with. My wife told him where I wanted it. I assume to work less, he placed it where he wanted it. Would never recommend to a friend

At, Antony Catalano. Even providing estimate, is not free because is rime consuming. But charging $150 per hour to me looks out of control, thinking that
electrical corporations with union employees in NYC charge $100 per hour. Mr electric is same as mc donalds no different.
The difference with Mr electric is, they pay their fee to their franchise that's why is so high. I will go to a regular contractor for that. I can't imagine paying $150 just to tell me that an outlet is bad need replacement and will not be just $150. If is 3 hour job will be $450 plus materials plus tax.

Also under which license electrician business run? Mr electric is no different than McDonald's or burger king's.

Everything from the start was great. Straight forward with pricing. The tech (Jose Crespo) was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I had a few problems, he found the source and immediately took care of it. Thank you for a job well done.

Had a good experience with them the first time we called. The second time was quite the opposite. I waited at home for the electrician.we had an arrival window of several hours and when no one showed up, I had to call. Finally, much later, someone arrived. We got a very high quote with no details or itemization. My husband called the next day to request an itemized estimate. We never received one and had someone else do the work for us. Won't be calling them again.

It’s a second time I am using Mr Electric service. Our technician, Jose, left such a good first impression, that we decided for our next project to call this company again. This time Jose helped us with smoke detectors installation and once again he did an AMAZING job! He works very neatly, skillfully, and explains complicated electrical stuff in a kind and easy to understand way! Their service is a little bit pricey, but other than that they are the company to go to!

They installed the ring system for me. I called them last minute frantic because Best Buy canceled their appointment and didn’t inform me. You pay 200 for their geek squad and they give you a third party to deal with. This company understands customer service and cares for you and wants to help you. I absolutely love them and will continue to recommend and use their service going forward. Thank you all so very very much.
