I would like to give -0 star if possible.i would never go back there never again.

I brought my vehicle in for brake work. After deciding it was too rusted to get under my vehicle and work on it, they put it up on a lift. Then my frame snapped. They never called to inform me of my vehicles dangerous state before deciding to lift it up. They just totaled my vehicle. Then they parked it on the street and left it unlocked with my keys inside. They never informed me of this either. While making plans to have my vehicle picked up and dealt with it was towed by the city. Since this they have continued to be of absolutely no help. I have played phone tag and even been hung up on. If I could give negative stars I would.

Very unprofessional
I called trying to get a started and a battery put in my BMW. The guy hangs up on me while talking.
I don’t know about you but, I would never do business with people like that, never give disrespectful people like that my money. There service sucks

Did not provide a receipt for the work done in a timely manner and actually misdiagnosed the problem with my car. Turned out to be parts throwers in my case.just a heads up.
