Mr. Glass, Rochester NY

Had a busted windshield again with all the driving i do for construction, older model van, 2006.the “other” “big” automotive glass shop your insurance all refers you to would not replace due to a tiny rust spot near corner of window, which had no issue for sealing. Completely would not help me. Came to Mr glass, no problem, they helped swap claim right over to them in minutes, new one in the next morning, just like original, looks great and would have even gotten me done that day (it was already noon by then) but part had to come from syracuse. Even got my stickers back on it.
Forget the other “big name” auto glass company in rochester, and go to mr.glass, you will be glad you did! My new go-to, Thank you!

It was nice I had to wait for car they was done way before I thought they would be and the staff that I came across was very friendly and one of the them wish I knew his name stop what he was doing and tried to help me get wifi

We had the windshield replaced on our Audi Q7 before driving cross-country back to the west coast. There were problems with sensors/calibration when the car was picked up, and we didn't have time to get it resolved. Brian at Mr Glass found a great windshield replacement/calibration company here in Portland and made sure everything got taken care of promptly. I highly recommend Mr Glass without any reservations.

Small footprint shop but did excellent work. I at 8, out at 1 for a huge RV windshield and it looks great.

My Glass replaced the custom arched window over our front door. Jose did an excellent job of installing the new window, with an eye to detail. He called when he was on his way, and was very professional. The price for glass and install was also very reasonable. I would strongly recommend them.

They replaced my windshield pretty quick only bad thing was they didn't put enough seal on the liner on top of the windshield, it keeps coming off

I went to Mr Glass to replace my broken windshield. After removing it they called me to the back to show me how rusted the frame was and explained how it would be unsafe to replace the glass without first fixing the rust. Fortunately, just across the street there was a body shop, Sal’s Collision East. They were willing to do the work on short notice. A Tech from the body shop came over to Mr Glass to talk to me about the repair, quote a price, explain that he would not be able to match the paint perfectly. By the next day my car was ready to be picked up and the bill was less than the quote! The paint was almost a PERFECT match! What a great team they make! Thank you for excellent service!?
