So I ordered a 2 piece chicken wings along side a small shrimp & broccoli. When I arrived, they were cleaning and wiping down everything with the same wet rag. My wings weren’t ready by the time I arrived, so they decided to throw some in the fryer, while not washing their hands from the “cleaning” they were doin.one of the pieces of chicken fell onto a counter, where they just finish wiping down with that dirty rag. The lady tried to prop her body to block me from seeing them take that same chicken that just fell and slide into a bag. Once I witnessed that, I quickly addressed them about it. Like ppl have to eat this smh. She apologized after realizing they were caught being insanitary while handling the food. She rushed and fried another piece, threw it in the same bag previously used for the prior “dirty chicken”. When I looked inside the bag holding the rest of the food. The chicken was not properly packaged and it was laid on top of the food trey dripping with grease. Never again. I could just imagine what goes on when no one sees smh.

The lady that answers the phone is tremendously rude, i have had several encounters of her hanging the phone up in the middle of an order. She sent me an extra order of chicken wings that i didn't order snd charged my card with my knowledge for it. Claiming there was a minimum spent which she didn't mention to me. The service is horrible and i will never order from here ever again.

They brought me someone else’s food and yelled “don’t call my store again” over the phone after I tried to inform them about this mistake. The staff has zero manners and poor communication skills. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years but after today I will no longer be ordering from this establishment. They treat customers like dogs and they do not know how to take accountability. They are so money hungry that they tried to convince me that this mistake was my fault and when they agreed to give me a refund the mother that works there got very nasty over the phone. I would not recommend this place to a single soul because the owner does not respect the customers time or money.

I never write reviews so you know its serious. I have been ordering from them for a while now but never again. Not only do their prices tend to change with every order but the quality of their product continues to decline. I was charged $19 dollars for a beef and broccoli lunch special with an order of chicken wings. The wings were not fresh and looked as if they were refried several times. I asked for a ginger ale they sent sprite. I asked for white rice they send fried. She accused me of ordering fried rice, something a dont eat and never have. When i questioned the soda she said they were out. Instead of calling me to offer other options she decided what i would pay for. Them had the never to tell me if i want white rice i had not only come and get it but return the fried rice! Thats mixed in with the beef and broccoli! Will never patronize this business again their just rude and unprofessional. I wish Kum Kau in Clinton Hill would by them out, bring quality products into a quality neighborhood

I’m actually shocked at all the bad reviews, I live in the Nieghborhood, it’s always busy there, I eat there once a week and never have a issue!

When it comes to local Asian chains this is my go to. Everything I have ever had from here has been pretty good and the usually fast delivery. I would recommend this one if you are looking for something like this to eat.

This has been my favorite quick dinner spot for over 20 years. Food is delicious it’s service is best effort for a high volume affordable lunch or dinner. You need to check your order make sure you got everything and it’s the right thing. But considering how they do put forward their best effort it’s to be expected.you can’t be fast and perfect Also.

I ate raw chicken. Here's what happened. We don't usually order here anymore due to the place getting progressively worse (I've had chicken and broccoli there that tasted like.fish and pork?) but the other chinese food next to my area was closed, so we decided to order there anyway. We ordered stuff like Lo Mein, Chicken and Broccoli, and sweet and sour chicken. As I ate the food, halfway in one of the nuggets, I realized that the chicken I ate (which was the sweet and sour chicken), was light pink raw. I'm clueless for not paying attention first. Always make sure to check your sweet and sour chicken on the inside first before eating to make sure it’s properly cooked.

They gave a refund for the chicken as well.

Trying to give as much info as I can in honesty. Please cook your chicken properly.

We fortunately did not get any illnesses.

Yea they're terrible. Ordered chicken garlic sauce with vegetables and tasted watery. I dont recommend this place. The worst out of all Chinese joints.
