Mr. Suds Flex Car Wash of Huntington

NOT GOOD. Since the new owner took over it's been a downhill slide. They went from automated to "Hand Wash", they take forever to wash the car and get it finally ready, and it's still not clean. I went the other day and it took me 45 min to get the car done, most of that time spent at check in station and car waiting in the lot after wash for final drying and cleaning.

I WAS HOPING THAT WITH NEW MANAGEMENT THIS CAR WASH WOULD BECOME HALF AS GOOD AS THEIR COMPETITORS, AQUA
IT HASN'T. COME ON GUYS! GO OVER TO THEIR PLACE AND SEE HOW ITS DONE. ALSO YOUR STAFF HAS TO BE MOTIVATED. I VERY MUCH WANT TO BE A CLIENT. FIRSTLY CLEAN UP THIS PLACE. THE FLOOR MATS ARE INDICATIVE OF THE WORK PERFORMED. SLOPPY!
IT DOESN'T HAVE THE FEEL OF A PROFESSIONAL OPERATION. OR THE LOOK. IT CAN BE A WINNER. A GOOD MANAGER ON DUTY AT ALL TIMES AT LEAST UNTIL YOU CAN DEVELOP A GOOD REPUTATION. GOOD LUCK

This is the poorest operated car wash I have ever been to. I would recommend everyone stop going there.

Just had my car washed I pull up with windows down and roof open they have me get out of the car to look at prices and say go inside they will take care of the car. They run it through with wash with the roof open, soak the inside of the car and then blame it on me. Ask for $ back and they say no the car is fine just a little water.you’re car is clean now. I say really that’s how you run a business and the woman cashier tells me she doesn’t care it’s not her business. All she does is sit on her phone. Terrible place. Never going back. This isn’t the first time i had a problem I only came in because of a 50% coupon. Never again. Scammers and they charged me for oversized vehicle and I asked they said it’s because it’s a Range Rover… not a large vehicle… my pickup truck would be oversized not a normal suv

I used this car wash for years, it was owned and run by a father and son, really nice people. They did an amazing job and the son would overlook each car before he let it leave.

I was in Florida all winter and I got a new car once back in NY and when I went here I was shocked. The place inside and out was dirty, but I was already stuck on the line.

I spent 40 dollars with tip for a VIP cleaning of my expensive car. When I got into it the mats were still dirty, there was still spots on the seats, the doors, even the steering wheel wasn’t clean.

I literally left here and drove to another car wash to have the entire thing done properly.

Like the other recent reviewers mentioned, I also will not be back!

I went to sign up for the monthly car wash package. The sign outside says $24.95 per month. When I went inside, I was told there is an undocumented $10 extra charge for SUVs.

All the way on the right, under "Additional Services", is a listed $1.84 fee per service for an SUV, but nothing is mentioned about the $10 monthly fee. The placement of the extra fee feels sneaky, and I don't appreciate the false advertising of the monthly price.

Had my car washed yesterday. Full service $49.00 plus tip/ Crazy? Yes but it was too late. No service prices posted. I asked worker if the shop had changed hands and he said yes. I assumed that just recently happened.especially since there were no price option signs where they used to be. Well, it changed ownership 6 months ago. Thought that my car would look new (as it used to with the previous owner and my car is only a year old) Waited a long time although the shop was not busy. When the car was finally finished I was already late for an appointment. So I drove away without inspecting the outside of the car. Inside looked good. When I got home and looked at the exterior my tires were filthy as were spokes. Bottom line: Poor job, long wait, no service option prices posted, ridiculously expensive for poor service. Looking for a new car wash after so many year using this place.

No like, won’t be back. Cashier can’t get off her phone and it’s not cheap, $42 for a full service is for The Who’s in Whoville, not me. I wish them luck. The guys doing the cars though are good.
