Went to the shop today to have them check out my laptop.the screen kept cutting on and off.
Roberto looked it over and fixed it on the spot. I lucked out that it wasn't anything serious. I got even luckier that they were able to fix it right away! This shop and crew totally rock! I would not hesitate recommending. Top notch service and very friendly folks. This is the place to go!

We've used the services of this shop several times & have always had a positive experience. Yesterday, I took my daughter's MacBook Air in as her fan wasn't operating properly. I took my phone here and the technician there, Roberto fixed my phone. He definitely knows how to fix a phone. My phone had many issues in which he fixed without any memory lost.

Thank you to everyone at Mr. Tech Bench, especially Roberto who repaired my iPhone and was so nice in explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. I would highly recommend them to fix your phones. And would go back in the future with any other problems I might have.

I needed a SATA 3 cable for my computer and their service was excellent. Mr Tech Bench is the best place to go for computer expertise or repair. 10/10 would come again.

Honest could not repair the device and no charge for diagnostics. Explained the problem and offered solutions that were not through them.

After trying to fix the cracked screen on my iPhone 7 myself, I only made things worse and thought for sure it was doomed. Then my daughter told me about this fabulous place in East Islip that she has been using for years; Mr Tech Bench. I found them to be totally honest and fair with the repairs that needed to be done to get my cell back in working condition. Great pricing, great service and honesty can be expected from this establishment. Would definitely return for future repairs and highly recommend.

These guys know there way around electronics. I would highly recommend you to bring your phone and electronic items to these guys for repair. My Samsung Note3 had a cracked screen and glitches but they fixed it fast and for great price.
