Recently got an oil change here. Was surprised when the low oil warning came on a few days later. I discovered the oil cap had been left off by the mechanic and my engine oil was spewing all over. Maybe it was an oversight, but this is one detail that will destroy an engine. I won’t be back.

We only come here for inspections but the service is on point and it is extremely easy to schedule an appointment

I went there and dealt with Ryan and Cody.both good guys who know their stuff. They were able to accommodate me with a new set of tires last minute. Great service and fair prices…the way business should be conducted. Thank you gentlemen!

Absolutely helped out my fiance and i in a pinch! We were on our way up to a wedding in Otego and got a flat tire on a Saturday. Everything within a 30 mile radius was closed and nowhere near us sold proper patch kits. We called up Mr Tire and they said to come in and they'd take a look. We told them our story and they promised we would be back on the road in 30 minutes and they delivered! You can tell how genuine and sincere the staff are in how they just want to help people and that's what I appreciated about them

Went in today to have TPMS light turned off in my Honda Fit, and to have the tire pressure and rims checked. I was told I needed a new tire sensor, so I said OK. They said it would be about $100.00. They did replace the sensor but could not get the light to come off as it is an internal Honda computer issue- needs to be fixed by the dealer. They didn't charge me anything! So kind! They have my business in the future.

I was there only to do an inspection as I looked down while driving and realized that my inspection had lapsed. I so appreciate them fitting me in without an appointment. I appreciated how professional and quick they were. I appreciated the kindness of the person at the desk who kept me updated on the progress even though it was under 15 minutes from start to finish. I have already recommended Mr. Tire to a friend. If people make you feel welcome in a business, especially right now where customer service is challenging with our work force shortages, I will always tell a friend. Keep up the good work!

Had a screw in my tire, took it in, the team repaired the tire while I was in Cooperstown watching baseball, when I returned the fire was repaired they took off the spare, stowed it and installed the repaired tire, and charged me NOTHING. I was amazed!

I have been here twice, the employee Cody has been rude every single time, by phone and in person. They charge $150 an hour for labor which is more than most dealerships.

Cody came to our rescue in our time of need. He fixed our tire that had a nail. It was almost closing time but he promptly got us mended and on our way.

Did an amazing job, great getting me on time, great job getting car into and then out of the shop in a timely manner, and got me out in a timely manner, kept me completely updated couldn’t ask for much better, just quite a high price but that is not really there fault so they deserve a 5 star rating.

They're great about getting you in an emergency. I also really like that they will notice things and give a heads up, even if it's not something they can fix. They don't work with blinders on. They're knowledgeable and don't make me feel stupid for not being a mechanic myself! Been coming here for 2 years and expect to continue. Highly recommend!

You've lost a customer at the prices you charge, I would not have come there if I knew it was going to be so much, taking off four snow tires and putting four summer tires on is not a complicated process justifying this cost
