Please be careful. Before I went to Mr Tire my Tire Pressure light worked. It would turn off when filling my tire. Then after they "fixed" my Tire it was broken and no longer switched off when the pressure is properly filled. They failed to mention this to me as I left and when came back said that it was already broken. Be wary.

Consistently getting great service from the mechanics here. The store manager Andre is very personable.

Up on arrival and in 5 minutes 20 minutes total 45 minutes and new York state inspection done

Manager was very nice. My appointment got canceled but he rescheduled it and have me a discount for the hassle.

We were on our way to our cottage 750 miles away. Explained that we were trying to continue that day. They accomodated us as best they could on a Saturday and we were off with no additional issues. The front end allignment they performed did the trick! Very grateful for their attention to our situation and their expertise.

I schedule appointment on September 5th came in the shop and was scheduled for today September 7th at 11: 00 got here stood in the office for 30 minutes before someone came to service me. Was so it would be an hour for tires laughing came back at 1: 30 still no tires someone had to go pick him up from the warehouse or something it is now 203 and I'm still here customer service sucks. I probably won't come back but my tires have a warranty on them.

Everything went fine. The manager was very informative and was very helpful with my needs.

Had breaks done on a truck. Sat there for 5 hours asking for updates to see how much longer and each time they told me 20 more minutes until it’s added up to 5 bourse. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Called to speak to manager and rather than apologizing he was rude and defensive. Awful place to have work done!

A HUGE thank you to Kenny at the E. Ridge rd Mr. Tire. I got a horrible flat tire on my way out of town for vacation, but he was able to get me in as soon as I was able to get there, got my tire, even went the extra mile to fix my bent rim. I cannot express how grateful I am!

One of the worst places to get anything done to your car. No matter how simple. 0/5 stars. Used to be able to go here and it was fine but after ruining a new wheel bearing and lying about what was wrong with my car I will never ever step foot here again.

Go somewhere else. Run away. Nuff said. Overpriced garbge tires an the the store is a hole. The manager I think the manager.couldn't tell seeing how he was wearing street clothes and was obnoxious probablythe most unprofessionalperson ive ever met. I don't think anyone really knew what the heck they were doin. I asked about my air filter an wow they had no idea how-to check it.go somewhere else. I highly recommend skipping this place. Very bad service they couldn't even reset my oil light. I literally had to get a second oil change because my oil was low. Thanks my tire.
I reiterate stay away. How does a shop like this operate.

DO NOT COME HERE, BEWARE! Car broke down, I go here for oil changes mostly so I figured since there familiar with my car I'd leave it there over the week for diagnosis and repair. Was told by Nate the mechanic it was a right controller arm and needed a new set of tires which were pretty bald. Came too about $900 all together. Dont know much about cars but took them at their word. 2 days later car brakes down again, this time I end up going to the dealership where I got th car a couple years back. They tell me my transmissions completely shot and if anyone just ran a basic diagnostic check they would have seen the 4 codes pop up for the transmission. Needless to say my dumb self got talked into useless repairs for a vehicle that I dont drive anymore. If you don't know much about cars i suggest going somewhere else more trustworthy or at the very least more competent than these guys.

Great experience here, very welcoming environment and great service for an affordable price! Definitely would recommend for all car repair needs!

For future reference I will be steering clear of this shop. On top of the rubbish customer service and jaw dropping unprofessionalism, the workmanship was awful and careless. The diagnostic ability was non-existent. The mechanic was an absolutely miserable thing who took no pride in his work and found no joy in his craft. I left with an unresolved issue and drove straight to another shop who got me right.

Out standing customer service.i have already made another appointment to replace my breaks.
