I made an appointment to get an inspection done and was taken care of right away! Dean did my inspection so fast and then afterwards was so informative and answered all of my annoying questions! Definitely will be returning!

If I could give less then one star I would. Came in to ask about a tire. The man at the counter ignored me and was on his phone. Finally looks up and tells me to wait in the parking lot and he would come get me. 10 minutes later, nothing. I left and went to Mavis up the street much better customer service and got my tire. Avoid this place. Go to Mavis

The manager Chris & his staff at Mr. Tire on Military Rd in Niagara Falls are truly professional and helpful. My family each had a reason to have work done on our cars from NYS inspection, oil changes & a bent rim. We all agree everything was done fair minded. Went in asked for very specific tires other than brand got a quote was told I had to pay in full before they could even order the tires then I'm shown the invoice for almost 1400 bucks only to see the tires they ordered were not what I asked for. I gave multiple chances to make this correct inc calling corporate who then told me the refund was already processed even though I was told that it was not possible without me being there.now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back so I can get what I paid them for already somewhere else. I was also told to go back to the shop to get the refund receipt however I get there and all the sudden there is a sign on the door saying they closed early.so multiple times they totally wasted my time and are holding my money hostage.given that the weekend is so close it will most likely be next week before I can even try to get what I wanted and was told I was sold in the first place. I provide snow removal services and we are supposed to get feet of the stuff in the next day or two did they offer any alternatives no do they care not in the least

I had never been here before but someone reccommended them so i went, they were FANTASTIC! Im glad i went. Chris and his staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. I will recommend them to others and i will be back for future work for sure!

Stopped in today on 11/22/22 had previously had a tire damaged on my car. I was able to get a used tire and rim but needed it mounted/balanced and put on. I came into Mr. Tire and they got me right in. At the time they were very busy and said it was appt only to get the tire itself put on the car (which I totally understood). Then the manager had his guys do it for us anyways. At the end he charged us nothing when I went to pay and I was there no longer than 10 mins. I didnt get theirr names, but to the manager and worker in garage, THANK YOU!

I went in to the military road store and was greeted by the nicest and paitent gentleman. His name was Chris, he told me he was the manager, and he could tell I was upset about my car, he let me explain what happened without interrupting me and took care of me right away! He was wonderful and very understanding I would recommend Chris and Mr. Tire to anyone

Terrible experience! Avoid this place! Instead, go to Mavis located on the same street for much better service.

Called for oil change and was told to come same day without any appointment as long as I arrive by 3: 30 pm. Got to the location the guy said no appointment and because I didn't speak to him so I have to come another day. He claimed I called the "wrong number" even tho that's the same number I have always called in the past for this location. I showed him the address on Google and number associated with it he said since I didn't speak to him he can't do oil change. When I asked him to change the number on Google so no other customer experiences this he simply replied he won't do that.

Long story short, avoid this place. In almost every visit I have witnessed some customer always having issues and they are terrible at resolving them.

Beyond fair and reasonable. Increadable service everytime. Won't find anywhere to match these guys. You guys rock!

I called Mr. Tire about scratchy sound that was happening with my tires and they fit me into their schedule and fixed it for free! The guy there was super super nice and helped explain everything. 10/10 recommend this Mr. Tire.

Needed tires before a cross country trip, they are the only ones to have the tires I needed in stock and price match with an online competitor.called them, they said to come right in and I was out in an hour. Beats having to wait a week for tires to come in from online and saved a good $300. I definitely recommend Mr Tire.

Great service Kyle and alex helped me alot and gave me knowledge on my car! There coffee actually taste great in the waiting room!

My experiences with this mechanic shop is amazing. They really do treat me with respect and take care of me in the best way possible. The staff explains things as best as they can to me (I have little knowledge of car stuff) and helps me understand what needs to be done to the car. They have one of the MOST welcoming people on staff and friendliest. Kyle the store manager always takes care of me and what I ask to be done. I only trust Kyle and the Mr. Tire staff that can touch my car other then a dealership.

Kyle and Alex always take care of everything I need. Very honest and straight forward. You can't go wrong with this Mr Tire location!
