8Terrible experience management definitely does not know how to treat customers unfortunately.
Staff were friendly and keep me posted on what was going on. They also apologized for it taking longer then expected.
Came in for a simple oil change. The man I spoke with seemed to treat helping me as nuisance. They got the job done but I will probably opt for locations with better customer service in the future.
This Mr Tire has been my garage since I bought my 2011 Honda Civic in 2013. They have done a fantastic job keeping my car going ever since. Andy, the manager, is especially worth commendation.
I always have a wonderful experience at this location in Henrietta near the Mall. A few weeks ago, Andy, the manager took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my Tie rod and how they determined the problem. I know little to nothing about cars and Andy didn't make me feel stupid. He is great.
I went yesterday to have my summer tires put on my car and Andy was there to greet me and they did an amazing job. I plan on always taking my car there for service.
Extremely helpful in their service, and at a fair price. They had my NY inspection and an oil change done very quickly! I would definitely recommend Mr. Tire.
Andy, the manager at the store on W. Henrietta Rd.by the mall Is wonderful. He is the reason I keep going back to this location. You are lucky to have him as an employee!
I just called in to Mr. Tire to make an appointment and the service person was extremely rude to me. Very poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.
