Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers, Salina NY

Went in because my brakes were making a funny noise and my car was skidding.was told my front brakes and rotors were completely shot and needed to be replaced (which is odd considering the recent thorough inspection of the vehicle).
The mechanic told me the brakes were SO bad that he was scared to check the back ones or they might break too.spent nearly $1000 on new brakes are rotors.
Got back to my regular mechanic who said the brakes are totally fine and the sound was coming from the ABS system.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. I'd call them scam artists, but an artist would have more class.

He got me in pretty fast and I had less than an hour wait and the facility was warm while I was waiting a lot of garages are cold even the waiting rooms but this one was nice and warm

Not such a terrible shop I suppose. Maybe it's because they were short handed. Maybe it's the season. But made an appointment and they called me to pickup and settle up. I showed and they never even touched my vehicle. Maybe it was the online order, but they had no idea of my appointment or did they tell me they happened to reschedule it. I'm sad to say that I could have done my own tires but I wanted the TPMS to be addressed. It wasn't. I also requested an inspection. Unfortunately they said my rear brakes were the reason. They did not however mention how much to replace them or inquire as to my interest. I'll be doing my own work from now on. I get it. Things happen and typically I'm pretty understanding. If I didn't like the way my tires looked if have given one star. Take your business elsewhere. This place just doesn't hack it

Had a tire gushing air, this location is right near where I live, stopped in thinking it would be a quick fix to plug it. Guy working behind the corner finally finished chit chatting with a customer that was leaving. I told him the situation, said the tire was down to about 18 PSI, he had a very smug smile and said “sorry, I don’t have the time, ” I repeated back “you don’t have the time? , ” he said “yeah, I don’t have the time or the guys to do it, ” and he just walked away. Went to Midas down the street, in and out in less than 20 minutes, no charge, very courteous. I’ve taken my car to this Mr. Tire for inspections multiple times too, never again. I understand if they were slammed with work, but it was the unprofessional manner in which he handled the situation.

Very bad service have my vehicle for six hours never once looked at he try to tell me my vehicle was not there had to go in there to prove that my vehicle was there! I will never go back!

The location has a great manager but with few workers the location is hobbling along. It is a trusted place with trusted workers. However Monroe is the corporate owner that does not appear to support the locations with a different name.

For over 10 years I have had good experiences with this location. Craig is very friendly, kind and polite at the front desk.

Some of the best customer service & maintenance around! Craig & his team do an excellent job taking care of his customers & serving your vehicle needs.

2nd review - I routinely visit this location for all my business vehicle needs due to the excellent customer service, communication & service provided! I find that the manager Craig and his team do an excellent job and care about their customers!

Love the employees and how helpful and accommodating they are, they are a strong reason we always return.

Craig and Wayne……. Everyone should have them as a friend. They generally care about your vehicle and do their best to make sure you leave there with a smile. I’ve been ripped off by several auto shops in the past, but this one makes sure that I’ll be back. I would give 10 stars if I could! You know what let’s do that! ️️️️️️️️️️

Very poor customer service! I had a nail in my tire and went in for a fix 30 mins prior to closing. I Acknowledged this and prefaced my apologies for my last minute request to the 2 employees who were standing at the counter doing nothing. I was told, with attitude, “not a chance, and come back tomorrow. You see all those cars out front, they’re all behind schedule too” …maybe less standing around and more working would prevent that! Not to worry though…I was treated like gold down the street at Monroe. Go there instead! Thanks for the poor customer service Mr Tire! Keep it up, maybe all your business will go elsewhere and your little ‘behind schedule’ problem will go away! Check out my review for Monroe!

I've been trying for almost all of the month of December to get a hold you. I need to know what is going on with my car. Please give me a call. If I get the same answer that "craig isn't here today and that I do not know what is going on with the car or if anything can be done.

Then I'm going to take my car to another shop. I'm sorry but, even though you guys have always been good to me and my friends. This is simply outrageous.

When Tom said that it was put in the file holder and that normally means that there's nothing you can do.

THEN CALL THE CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW THAT!

I'm getting sick of waiting now.

DO NOT GO THERE! IT USED TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED, THERE'S A NEWER GUY NAMED KEITH HE'S VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY BEWARE!

Great place. Craig the manager is super. I had swaybar links replaced on my car. He had me in and out super fast. Pricing is very good. Definately will be back if my vehicle needs anything else.

They fixed the wrong thing in our car and then went back and found what was truly wrong and are fixing that now. We are out of the money for the first time but they are trying to discount the new fix…they should’ve known what the problem was from the getko
