6I went to Ms Diva for many years every 2 weeks. I never got a hello, goodbye, thank you, or Merry Christmas from the girl who did my nails after I gave her a $50 cash gift and a 20% tip. In fact, she was rude to me. The girl who did my pedicures was very nice.
Today I watched either the owner or a nail tech berate a young girl for not leaving a big enough tip. This poor girl looked so confused and the owner yelled at her calling her basically a bad person. There are better places to get your nails done with nicer owners and employees.im never coming back here.
Good job on nails but very unfriendly. They don’t care if they are late and make you wait. They made me wait 20 minutes and not even an apology nor an acknowledgment. No one greets you when you walk in—they don’t bother to look up. They need to learn that business etiquette is just as important.
Kevin was awesome shaped my nails beautifully and was gentle enough! I'll definitely be going to him from now on!

I love coming to this nail salon! It’s beautiful inside and always clean. There’s plenty of people working there and everyone is friendly and professional. The spa pedicures are fantastic! They really do such a great job and don’t rush you. Excellent value as well, I highly recommend this nail salon.
