Msgr. McGolrick Park reviews
34 This park is taken over for dogs to meet an have fun.
Best sit on bench an watch them roar
Súper sketchoid location. Lots of odd noises eminating from within. Yelling sounds around 4AM, check. Should I cut thru the park? Totally up to you. If you're a fan of German horror flics, this is the park for you! Never a dull moment. You can eat a family sized halva and still be stuntin' hard here. Hey is that a sheep? I can't really tell, you should try and pet it and get the 411. Why is she drooling?
Great park, although it’s under construction at the moment. Great dog park for vaccinated and trained adult dogs, if you bring a puppy the regulars will tell you to leave until it’s trained. That’s not a bad thing, as a puppy owner, it’s a great thing. The benches are clean and the trails are kept clean by the parks department.
Oh my gosh those Sycamore's! They are so beautiful. And I could ogle all those cute doggies all day!
Best park around! Great farmers market on Sundays. Great for a walk, run, jog, jaunt, stroll, roll, lay, lie, hop, skip or jump.
Under construction but when it's not, it has bunch of over bearing hippies feeding the kids non GMO organics or polish parents dressed in overpriced fancy clothing just like their kids, thinking it's 6th Ave.
It's fun here but I don't like how long it takes to rebuild the playground for kids and how there's a lot of teenagers that aren't good role models but other than that it's a nice enjoyable place and the dogs have fun there too
Only been once, to utilize their dog run. Very nice, dog watering bowls readily available and the run is well maintained. Just a little too far from my Flatbush home. The city can do a better job distributing dog runs in Brooklyn. We're only the city's most populous borough.
Love the dog park vibe here, much more relaxed feeling than McCarren, a truly beautiful park particularly when everything's in bloom. Only drawback is there's a lot of construction right now and I'm not sure how long it's going on, so no playground at the moment and not as gorgeous as it will be once construction is completed
Beautiful park in Greenpoint, gorgeous trees, farmer's market on Sundays, CitiBike station just outside the park. Don't miss it!
Nice park, but no playground for kids (under construction). Lot of homeless people and dog everywhere
I was born in greenpoint 3rd generations and it's in no way a hipster neighborhood.like people are saying it is,
Love the low key, family friendly atmosphere of this park. Large, beautiful trees and beautiful sculptures adorn the pathway. There is also a decent dog park - though there is no separation by dog size like in McCarren.
Good for quiet time.
This park is great during the day. The playground is hopping, and the trees are big and beautiful. I used to live across the street however, and it gets shady at night.
