6Worst branch I’ve ever been to, came for a wire transfer, and it took them forever to help me, poor etiquette, very inefficient, compared to other branches. If you want to spend the whole day sitting around and waiting, this is the place.
The five star goes to Dawn Griffin. I was there for a wire transfer, things went little difficult unfortunately but Dawn Griffin did everything in her power to help me get done with the transfer. She is the best, anyone that get in contact with her will be lucky and blessed to get help from her. She is a very patient and kind lady, God bless her abundantly.
Worst! They have no sense for people’s time!
Made me sat their for 2 hours and no one attended me
Wasn't greeted with a hello. They asked me if I could please wait instead. Poor etiquette.
I was racially profiled and and a victim of negative stereotypes when I tried to make a cash withdrawal
Had to have my bank card replaced. They said 7 to 11 business days, and it's been a month, still no new card. Terrible inconvenience.
