Cheryl Piche’ is a shining star in the world of customer service! I am sharing time between NY and SC.since there are not M and T branches in SC, the simple choice would be to leave my current bank. Cheryl Piche’ hàs treated me like family since she signed me up with M and T bank years ago! I have been in the customer service industry for over 40 years and she is a diamond in the rough! Cheryl Piche’ is not only a master of customer relations but she should be giving seminars on how it should be done!
