They keep changing their hours to later and later. I went there today at 6: 30 cause I get out of work at 6 and someone was definitely in there yet they don’t open until 8 on Saturday? Y’all don’t know how to hustle clearly. It’s ok, I’ll keep my money.
Small, home style place with large selection to choose from. Fresh prepared, with pleasant staff. Would definitely go back.

Never disappointed, not once, what a huge benefit that they opened up, now I can say goodbye to Dunkin's food, and the misery of Bagel Bakery.
MT Plate uses Rockland Bakery (&Bagel Bakery bagels), it is fresh and perfectly cooked, this is how BEC and breakfast bagels should look- no skimping. I couldn't even wait to snap a pic before biting it, sorry!
Prices are also extremely better than both above-mentioned!

Good food, place is clean and people are nice there. Would be great if they pick up their phone to place an order. Plenty of times I just gave up and bought somewhere else.
Large portions and extremely tasty… the sub size is large enough to be shared by two adults.great place to stop for lunch
It's like a hidden gem just off the highway. Sandwiches are amazing. I had a sandwich so big, I could hardly open my mouth enough to take a bite!

I love this place! So glad to have a lunch spot to run to quick when I’m working from home. Food is always delicious, fresh and served with a smile! And as long as I order ahead I never have to wait! They do get pretty busy during lunch time though so I definitely recommend ordering ahead.
