I recently crashed my mavic 2 Enterprise dual and I mean totaled it and I had no idea where to even start, Big thanks to Joe Scap for reaching out and helping me get on the right track to patching this thing up if you have any questions at all he is the guy to go to he has the answers MTI is a great company that really takes care of their customers and take a lot of pride in the work they do!

Picked up my first drone (a DJI Mavic Air 2) from MTI Drones on July 9,2020. This seems to be a well-run company with personnel who focus on good customer service. Met Joe Scaperrota during drone pickup who went over the drone initial setup and operation. He was professional, knowledgeable and did a good job of answering questions and explaining various drone details. When my training session was over, I felt confident that I could immediately start flying my drone safely. I would highly recommend MTI as a place for both new and advanced drone operators.

Customer service is exemplary! My drone had some complications and because DJI couldn't provide them with the appropriate software to fix the bug MTI replaced my drone complementary. They really went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who has drone repair needs.
