The service truck arrived in a timely matter. Took care of my bus. I was very grateful for the quick response. Because I needed to pick up my group in the area.
If I could give them 100 star review I would! My Audi E-Tron got out of charge while driving back from Montreal Canada to Charlotte, NC and having my wife and my 9 month old son with me and lost power and heat and was freezing night. Called Audi road side assistance and was helpless. Called mueller and they offered me to bring their own pickup truck to drive it having my wife and my son in it with heat to help us with my son to not get sick and followed him to the drop off destination WITH NO EXTRA COST. Thank you so so so so much
Stay away from THEM. Arroggant and really unprofessional service.
Called them for a truck with frozen fuel.they charged us close to $700.00 to bring a gallon of Kerosene, and no fuel filters.then left the truck stranded.
These people have a relationship with the police so if you are in an accident they will be the ones that tow your vehicle. They will then charge you a ridiculous fee for their services easily in the thousands for a few miles of towing
