I hope this comment is read with compassion, understanding and empathy. My recent experience at this establishment was traumatic and hurtful. I was extremely disappointed at how I was treated by David Muench. I was referred to his office by my dentist to fix my smile and I was ecstatic to start my journey.
The day of my consultation I met with David Muench to discuss my best option of treatment. I must say I already felt uncomfortable, poorly judged and unheard. I explained my situation and as I was speaking David seemed aloof and disinterested in my presence. He stared blankly at me while I was talking, when I addressed it he responded with “huh? ”, I repeated myself and he told me he was listening. That clearly wasn’t the case and I tried not to take it personally. He made comments about my nails being long & I assume this is where the judgement started. Then he finally checked my teeth and gave me the option for braces. I agreed and accepted the offer. The next steps were covered by his assistant, Ashton. I can say that she is very welcoming and kind, as well as Lauren at the front desk. However, David seemed to not like me very much from the beginning. I understand he’s been in this business for a long time and that is respectable. Nevertheless, he talked me like an absolute loser at our last encounter.

I love the friendly, warm, welcoming staff! The office is very nice with so much charm, warmth, cleanliness and organization. The streamlined process with checking in and everything being in the online portal is appreciated! Muench Orthodontics blessed me on many levels during my desperate situation that was beyond my control! I highly recommend them for any of your ortho needs!

January 3rd, 2024 was a day I will never forget. I was escorted to the back room where David was located. To my surprise he was still working on a patient and was finishing up. I was baffled that David was actually kind and made small talk with this patient. David even offered to schedule the man’s next appointment. David Muench doesn’t even greet me, ask me anything or even say goodbye. He just walks off.
After David Muench was finished with his patient he walked up to me and immediately started talking to me coldly. He said he will not move forward because I didn’t take my teeth out. I asked him why and reminded him about the one tooth suggestion. He was talking at me like I was a disobedient child and wouldn’t answer any of my questions.
Rudely he told me I can just remove my braces and leave his office. Honestly, I was confused and as a patient I had concerns. He aggressively told me “Don’t tell me what I said! ” and that was my ending of the conversation for me. I couldn’t take the disrespect any longer, I stormed off, I didn’t want anyone in this office to see me cry. He made me feel so low.
As a patient I felt this was downright mean. He threw in my face that he’s been doing this for a long time, that’s fine but that doesn’t justify him talking to me dismissively and not wanting to answer any concerns I had.
I’ve been up at night replaying this incident, I cried after I left his office. All I wanted was help and to fix my smile. He tore me apart and had no remorse about it. I understand that we may be culturally and ethnically different but I am not inferior to him. We are all human and we all have feelings. I can’t even write this without being emotional. This man was so mean and I have no clue what his issue was with me.
Thank you to Lauren and Ashton for excellent hospitality and support. They are very kind. I’m sure Muench is kind to others, but that wasn’t my experience.

Great office! So friendly and accommodating! They did a great job with my daughter’s smile! Will definitely come back with my other children!

I love Muench Orthodontics because it is a safe and gental environment and all the staff are really nice, I have gotten braces here before and they were extremely gental and it didn't hurt a bit and when needed they always adjusted them or trimmed the wires, now I’m on my second round of braces and I am not worried about a thing because like last time it will be quick and easy. Thank you for everything Dr. Muench and staff!

The staff has been friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is beautiful, and inviting. Dr. Muench does his best to make the experience a positive one for the patients. It has been an overall great experience for my two kids. Their teeth are now braces free and I would definitely recommend Dr. Muench to other parents in the community.

We love Dr. Muench and all of his staff. Braces at age 8 can be challenging but they have been helpful, gentle and encouraging with our son. He loves all the free stuff he gets, and we love the caring staff.

We love Dr. Muench! He is so kind, funny, he does an excellent job with my daughter’s braces, always takes the time to answer any questions we have, and he is the cheapest in the area (which helps when you have a bunch of kids).

They have amazing service, so sweet and showed us a tour of the place, they were not judgemental at all either. 100/100 would recommend!

Dr. Muench and staff are incredible. They were always on time, kind, professional and accommodating.
Thank you for making this such a smooth process. More importantly,
you feel comfortable whether your the patient or the parent. We are on our third child in treatment and highly recommend this office! If you choose Muench Orthodontics you will not be disappointed.

We absolutely LOVE Muench Orthodontics. My child had a really small pallet and we started treatment when she was in just 1st grade. Her teeth have come in beautifully! She’s going into 6th grade now and getting ready to start phase 2. I would highly recommend Dr. Muench and his friendly staff!

It was so cool and the buiding structure was old and one of the doors didn’t work witch I thinks adds to the great older vibes.

I was very happy with my treatment with 3M clarity, and everybody is very nice and helpful
