Cute place. They have Spaten served cold and in proper Spaten beer mug. That’s all one could ever ask for.

The best pub Williamsburg didn’t know it needed. There was a big gap for an easy going, light, bright, fun pub which mugs wonderfully fills. Stellar staff, decent enough drinks and BYOF until their kitchen opens is a nice touch.

Jen was a lovely host in an impromptu visit. Thank you so much for making 2 Brits feel so welcome

Great place to go and have a couple of drinks. The Mugs Old Fashioned was fantastic! Will definitely come here again.

Loved this cozy pub in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The decorations were nice and I got a kick out of their bar phone which is an old fashioned Public Phone. The bartender Audrey was very nice. The vibe is laid back. They reopened recently, so they don't have food yet but you're allowed to bring in outside food. The space is ample and they have T. V. 's. The music on the day I went was punk rock but it wasn't loud. They have a great Happy Hour but even without getting the well drinks, included in Happy Hour, the prices are great, especially for Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

It was a bit awkward to see that the barmaid did not know about this bar's history. In any case, it is good to have it back.

Spoke to the owners on our plan to bring 30 people for our post engagement party - they were friendly and happily willing to help. Friendly employees on a Sunday night and would recommend visiting

Local watering hole, it's always kind of busy but you can get a table, nice atmosphere but not too loud, has some sports on, and nice open aired place - been a regular since it opened

Mugs Alehouse is an amazing place to have a drink. Especially the open window front they have is a perfect spot. Super nice and lively. Would recommend this to anyone! Amazing crew behind the bar
