Mullen's Minis, Inc. -- Self Storage, Portable Storage Containers & Packing Supplies reviews
4 The directions are wrong! Do NOT turn down Ten Eyck Avenue if you are coming from downtown Schenectady! Continue up California Avenue, left onto Altamont Avenue & it is on the left.
Nice facility. Helpful staff.
Every time I go there Steve has a smile for me. Just stopped in to pick up my SVT mags for my car. Got out just before he had to lock up. And this is on a Sunday afternoon five minutes to 1. Great customer service!
I was pleased with them at first, until something went down with an old credit card. I was mailed a new one but I forgot to call and change over my information. Luckily they called me. I missed the call but I called them back and spoke to someone nice. I was led to believe that it was over and done with then and there. Nothing happened, and the situation was righted. Or so I thought. I go to my storage compartment and it's locked over. That didn't sit well with me and neither did checking my email to find that they doubled my bill, locked my belongings from me, and outright lied to me about "reaching out and trying to contact me many times". Mind you, this is all happening in the span of just a few days, I have caller ID, I just spoke to someone about it face to face at their site and previously when I called them back. I discover thru an email exchange with a very passive aggressive 'jennifer' that the bill doubling was the LATE FEE for less than a week of waiting and that they were holding my things in collateral! Because this is a war zone and my old boots are the hostages, apparently. Like I said; I was pleased at first. This place is great for someone with limited options, but after THAT I chose to 1.sell my things 2.find a place at home for the others and 3.give/throw the rest away. B.c those 3 options were better than operating with the knowledge that my things could be locked away and held hostage by a bunch of money grubbers if I was even 1 day late ever again.
