Customer service is awful. I’ve been on the phone for an hour for an issue that’s very easy to resolve. Employees do not know how to do their job.

The lady’s at customer service are super cool. I love MCU.the tellers and even the members are the best. I always have an amazing experience with each visit. S/O ROSA. YAAAAASSSSSSSSSS

I haven't visited a branch in 6 years and spent over 2 hours for nothing. Just for them to say sorry, but you can't give me my time back

I highly recommend Mr. Alex Dias as a great advisor for the loan processes.he was very kind and knowledgeable in obtaining and understand the loan I got.he was very patient and took his time to explain In a detailed manner all my questions. Mr. Días has a wonderful professional manner with customers.

This bank need improvement bad. A lot of people I know with state jobs leaving them. The service is terrible and the lines are just outrageous.

This is one of the most terrible place and bank to be at. Some of the staff are so rude, the wait just to get a new bank card is over 2 hours and nothing seems to be moving, everything is soo slow as snail.

I honestly don't like being in here, If I can do it online, I will rather do that even though thats a terrible process pf its own.

They need to do better!

Bank period as lost many customers due to mediocre service. The Co Op City branch in the late '90s early 2000’s was a decent branch, but now it's so filthy inside and out.

My appt was at 11am. I arrived at 10: 45. Just wait 15mins. I thought I would be there all day. I was actually called at 11ish. Thank you Ms. Alaisha Shim for being patient and very helpful.

Worst Service in any bank. They no longer have the electronic ticket service so that you can work with teller for specific transactions. You have to wait on a line and I have a broken foot that was throbbing. First, I ask the teller that I want two checks and $100. She didn’t hear me. She did one check and I had to remind her of the other check and then again remind her of the $100 cash. I asked the teller about opening a vacation club and she told me to go to member services. I waited and waited to talk to member services. When they were finally available she told me she could not help me because they already had too many people on the list and to come back on Monday. Really ‍️. Wow. I’m already in the bank. I work, have a large family and cannot go during the week. You need to service your customers not push them away. Unbelievable!

I understand that MCU really is a really bad bank, however this branch is not to blame. Everyone that helped me was professional and courteous. Wow i was shocked and I did not expect the staff to be so helpful. I dont not recommend MCU to anyone, but if you must go to a branch, I suggest this one. Mcnuff and Alaisha helped me give this branch 4 stars. Their service was exceptional. PS. I suggest making a reservation online before coming here

Annoyed that the representative that I spoke to yesterday, failed to tell me that MCU does not give replacement cards anymore. They are no more options to pick up, now I have to wait for it to be mailed to me. The last time I waited for my card to be mailed it never arrived. I had to go in speak to a higher up so I can get my new card.

I've been a member of MCU since 2013. Sometimes they're accommodating and sometimes they are not. I have been with many other banks whose fees left me in financial distress many times. Overall, I've had a much smoother banking experience with MCU. I wouldn't recommend taking any loans, personal, auto or otherwise with MCU, but for a simpler banking experience, I would recommend them.

This Mcu bank is the Worse ever! Moving forward I would have to move my money to capital one bank. In addition to always being crowded the tellers are not welcoming and rude!

The lines are crazy long. Good thing they deal with older folks because they have much more patience. I believe they should have a seating area for folks who cannot stand for long periods of time, for you WILL be waiting atleast 20-30 on the line.

Worst service ever in a bank. Lines out the door and over a hour wait just to see a teller or rep in the back!
Only reason I’m here is because my Mcu card just decided to no longer work in atm or to pay bills. Now I’ve been here since 12 and it now 2pm and I still have 5 people in front of me. One of the agents looked at the line and rolled her eyes.but it’s not the peoples fault they are coming to the bank it’s Mcu fault for not having enough employees to deel with there clients. I waited a half hour just to get my name singed in to be seen…. The service really need help. I’m def moving Mcu down the list for holding my money …

I been a member for over 40 years. No bank is perfect but look into the security options and availability. Staff works hard, MCU been around a very long time!
