14Clinton was so amazing he should be a branch Manager. We need more super patient people servicing this community. #Afrolatinocommunity I'm sorry to say I had to come back on here because when I was leaving the current Branch Manager came out of his cubicle to reprimand some employees right on the banking floor. I felt it was in an unprofessional manner. There is a time and a place for everything. He should address thoses issues in conferences or meetings. Not on the banking floor. They are not children! They all should be professionals. "He ain't nobody's Daddy! "
I've been an account holder at MCU for over 10 years and I have to say that this branch is decent, managed & safe to go to. The services is great.
Clinton Ford was extremely helpful and showed knowledge of his job. He also was friendly and patient.
I recently went into the Harlem branch after waiting on hold on the phone for 67 mins to watch my call get pushed back further and further. The service was a good experience not a long wait at all. The gentleman that was assisting me said I would hear something by days end or the next day and give me a call it's 3 days later and nothing and my drive to the closest branch is 45 min and mind you I've been a customer for 19yrs.smh pathetic.
Overall fast and great service. Jessica was very friendly, helpful and informative. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I do not have any words! Jessica and Jermaine were so helpful and patient with me! I could not thank them enough! The store closes at 4: 30pm and they stayed until my loan was complete with all the love and patience in the world. Very clean and professional environment!
I went to MCU at the Harlem branch; though, it was a busy day at the branch — after the wait I was assisted by Jessica Caraballo. Jessica was so nice and genuine. I need help applying for a loan, she guided me through all the steps and was very thoroughly in terms of making sure I understand everything and what my best options were.
I must admit, I was a bit frustrated in the beginning, upon arrival to this particular branch. However, all of that went away when Customer Service rep Jessica Caraballo's professionalism came into play. She was very professional, attentive to my needs, friendly, and even apologetic for any negative concerns I addressed at that moment. It's because of her service that I'm able to write a positive review. Thank you Jessica!

I have been banking with MCU for many years. The customer service is usually trash. Literally, at every location that I've ever been to. Which is why my experience at the MCU Harlem (Saint Nicholas) stood out to me. First, I have to begin with the manager. He is a breath of fresh air from the moment you walk in the door. The way he greets and treats the guest was extraordinary. He is actually happy to help and do his job. He definitely leads by example because the staff engaged with customers with customers the same exact way. Warm, friendly, inviting. This will be my new banking location. Amazing service!

It is the worst bank I have ever had, I will never deposit a penny again, they never solve anything for me.
They need to update how their processes work. I shouldn't have to always have to wait for a representative for every little thing I want to do with the bank. Especially when you have to wait like two years for one on the phone.
