I had a surprisingly great experience at the MCU springfield Branch and I have to thank representative Precious Bradley! She was extremely helpful and patient. I had a million banking questions and she took her time and answered every single one. I didn't feel rushed at all and the service was great! She walked me through the entire process from start to finish and made sure I really understood the terms of the loan, the numbers, the interest rate and due dates! I could've have asked for a better experience or better customer service rep. I was hesitant at first but I will most certainly be back to this MCU because of my experience with Precious! Thanks again!

Yesterday, I did my banking at the Springfield Branch, in Springfield Gardens, NY. I was assisted by one of your branch representatives, Ms. Maleka Christopher. I would be remiss to say how pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and helpful she was with my banking needs. I felt comfortable and at easy with her expertise on showing me how to navigate your new banking app. Ms. Christopher was very due diligent in doing her job. I had to share this with the Branch Manager, Ms. Shaquana Bowles before I left. She needed know of my excellent experience in banking because of her staff member, Ms. Christopher. I also informed Ms. Bowles that it was a great reflection on her as being a due diligent manager in training her staff in customer service. I applaud before of these women for doing their job and setting high standards for their customers. I pray that Administration holds these employees in high regard not only verbally but monetarily. The quality of service I received is the reason for my high rating for this review. MCU please continue to keep up the good work in satisfying your customers to the best of your abilities.

I would like to thank Patricia from the Springfield branch. She gave me the best help i have ever experienced at mcu. Not meaning to diminish any other employees but Patricia was extremely patient, highly helpful and very informative to me. I came in with a situation that had my mood very low and somehow Patricia made the process of fixing my problem painless and had me leaving very satisfied and in a upbeat mood.
