Murray Hill Co-Op Apartments, Flushing NY

I am actually surprised by all the negative feedback. To me they are not perfect but they always try their best but of course there are people out there with unrealistic expectations and demanding. Addressing issues in the building is a joint effort with the board members. If there aren't enough funds or board doesn't approve, things will not get fixed. They work for the board members in a way so if you got to complain, start with your building board members. I have dealt with at least 5 other management companies and Murray Hill have been the best, so that kinda tells you how the majority of other management cos are.

Terrible services, rude attitude and horrible recordkeeping. Dealing with them is a waste of time and money. Please stay away from this management company by all means!
