Extremely terrible building management. Once you sign your lease do no expect to hear back from building management regarding any issues you may have. I highly recommend looking elsewhere on this basis alone. Ram Kiran (the building manager) is a bully who will verbally abuse you over the phone when you try to make light of any issues including no hot water in the showers for weeks.

I stayed here when this was the hotel Dumont and it was very nice.
The apartments seem nice. Great location.
