Outstanding care. Each visit continues your own specialized protocol. In particular Dr. Salant demonstrates his years of expertise, delivered with dignity.

The wait is ridiculous (1.5 hours before I left and every time I've been there I've had to wait over an hour). I like Dr. Slatan but come on guys stop over booking. Also I feel like they ordered test that were super unnecessary.

More than 20 years ago I was referred to Dr Salant. My urologist at the time seemed to have no feel for the stress patients might undergo, and I was seeking someone more empathetic. Through many tests over the years Dr Salant has been that and more: knowledgeable about the field and its changes, and patient with my layman's questions. I recommend him highly.

You know when you go to a tiny restaurant and all of the staff are so impressively in sync and aware of each other and the needs of the customer? That was my impression of the Murray Hill Urology team. If I need to be back at a urologist, you best bet that I’ll be coming here.

Horrible customer service. Try to call to set up an appointment, just got the run around. Ask to see a doctor told we have 3, I would like to see any which one, the one available? All are available, this week, none are available? Only have next week, OK like to see a doctor next week, when? Any time and any doctor.you have to tell me which one? WHAT THE HELL, wasted time on a simple phone call not recommending to my worst enemy.

Excellent DR, efficient staff. I've found that all Urologists offices in New York have wait times past your appt time. Although this office also has wait times, I've never waited more than an hour. Highly Recommended!

Dr Salant and his staff were great. The only complaint I have is that they were running well behind schedule. They did, however, acknowledge it and apologize for it. No one is perfect, but taking responsibility goes a long way. Other than that my experience was very good and I would recommend
