Just completed a total gut and restoration of our main bathroom. Excellent work, everyone involved was professional. Special thank you to Boyce, Don and Jim and his crew. They went above and beyond to make sure our project was completed on time and exactly how we wanted it.

If I could give a zero I would. They came out in May for an estimate on gutter work. They never scheduled it. Someone was sick. Heather would send me emails saying as soon as they were back in the office they’d get it scheduled. Five months later still nothing.

I had them come out last April/May to quote exterior repairs. Nothing major, but 3k ish worth of work. Very pleased with estimator and contract process. They advised that they were quite busy and wouldn't be able to get me until August. I was totally fine with that, I didn't start calling them until the middle of August as I knew they were busy. Then, nothing except excuses. While the office person was very polite and apologetic, I was repeatedly told that my job "was on the board" "with a star" which means they would get to it within the next week or two. This went on until the weather no longer allowed them to perform the work. I can not speak to their quality of work because they never performed any. I didn't put any money down when I signed the contract so I'm not out anything, but now I need to find another contractor and start the whole process over again with the repairs being in worse condition because they sat for a year. Do not waste your valuable time with this company, simply not worth it. Very disappointing.

Edit on 6/28/22 to respond to recent owner comment-Your office did get ahold of me, multiple times in fact. Instead of responding to the reality of the situation in 2021 (which your office person did very well every time she called) you basically opted to call me a liar. Nice business model!

Called for an estimate and they sent someone out to look at the job. Didn’t hear from them after a week or so, so I called and spoke with someone. Never did hear from them.

I did NOT call to cancel - I called to follow-up since the day they said I would have the estimate had passed weeks earlier.

I had new roof installed after agreement was reached by estimator. Contract signed. Once weather permitted, old roof removed (part of a drip edge was not removed), new roof installed professional.
Agreed upon edging was not used with no mention of not being able to get. I researched where to get it as my barn was done with it by another contractor. I informed estimator where to get it and I know they had it because the bay window in the back was redone with the right edging.
I trusted the agreed upon materials would be delivered. What was used was a cheapy bendable bargainstore junk and as it is now, my barn is what I showed salesman and told him who has the same edging. I offered to pay extra even though I requested the heavier duty edging during our discussion. My barn roof has better, sturdier edging than my home.
The old drip edge extender left on looks awful and negates the function of my gutters so water goes behind it onto the fascia.
Twice I've contacted the company and got no response.
If you do decide to use this company, ensure you check the materials spelled out in the contract. I sure wish that I was able to write a good review.

They were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process, all the way back to the initial visit for the estimate. The project team was great. They were responsible. They took care of everything that I asked and their work was excellent.
