My rating is based on staff interaction which was very friendly, as well as the quality of the special show, Auschwitz, the last stop. Having said that it is a beautiful setting, close to mass transportation and small enough to be doable. Their own collection is very small which makes me very hesitant to give them 5 stars.

I gave it a 3 star because it was great information and visuals but I did not feel welcomed. I was really excited on my way to the Holocaust museum but as soon as I got there it was people looking at us instead of greeting us! Once I spoke then they spoke! We were given voice recorders to follow along the tour which was a great thing! When I tell you I saw this one lady following us around like we were going to steal something! It was not a good feeling and then when I was walking around reading and taking pictures I would look up and people were looking as if I did not belong there. People should not judge someone because of what they look like! I love all people even if they don’t love me because no one is better than the next person!

Extremely emotional I am not Jewish but what happened is unimaginable pain and suffering even years after it is unfair how these people were treated

Not a huge museum, manageable for a one day visit. Security effective, staff friendly and helpful. The grounds around it beautiful.

It was a very interesting museum with a lot of detailed and factual information. I loved the layout of the museum with information in cronacologica order. I don't live in the city but I would visit the museum again on my next visit.

Viewed a traveling exhibit about holocaust. Sad but necessary, nice area to spend day. Teach history so it doesn't repeat itself.

I was lucky enough to purchase the last 4 of the five tickets for the 10: 30 slot for the last day. I received notification days later that this exhibit sold out. The weekend sold out

IT HAS MADE SUCH AN IMPRESSION ON ME THAT I SAY THE FOLLOWING:

Everyone should come see this exhibit in the future if it comes back. All backgrounds. Gentiles, all Jews, all ethnics, black, white, hindu, EVERYONE.

We All Need To Live In Peace!

NO MORE PREJUDICE

While a sobering, sad place, it's a must visit. It is so well done and despite the sadness, you experience a little hope with the survivor stories and their legacy. We don't usually partake in audio tours, but I am glad we did because it paced our time in the exhibit very well. It's haunting and draining, but it reminds us to never forget.

What a sad time in history. Good to see these items preserved for all generations to see. I am very glad we went to this museum

What an amazing experience, this museum is a must during your trip to NYC. COVID protocols are in place and booking online was very easy. The audio guide was very helpful and organized. The museum left such a powerful impact in me, bring some tissues because you will need them. So informative museum. In memory of all the victims of the Holocaust: (my heart is with you all

Everyone, regardless of their heritage or faith, should see the current Auschwitz exhibition. Incredibly detailed. I prefer using the Acoustiguide tour. Then, when you're through, eat in the Cafe.
