Rented a flute when I tried to drop the filling year they told me I had to do it via computer. They would not take my money. I wasted my time and gas going to theirvestablishedment. Then when I asked to transfer the charges to my daughter, who has the flute Igot more BS. Very displeased with this Mick mouse ooeration

We've been going to this location for many years. My son takes guitar lessons woth Paul. He's great.

Super nice staff, well stocked basically all you need, no need to travel to the "bigger name brands" if you don't have to.

Very helpful staff and a nice place to go to find some beautiful instruments.

The staff was friendly over the phone, helped us find what we were looking for and made for a good experience all around when we visited. We were prepared to pay a 20-30% markup on items compared to the bigger retailers, but many may not be ready to do the same.

As of 10/22/2020. Issue has been fixed. They took care of my issue and as I said I would, I have adjusted my review. Going from 1 star to 3. I did not receive a call when the issue was fixed and wasn't asked if it was satisfactory. But it was corrected none the less. 10/1/2020 False price, and price switching. Dont go here to buy instruments. Went to buy a guitar for my wife for our anniversary. She really loved it. The price was $119 on the tag. They only had the display model. It had dents and a few scratches. We didn't mind that. But when we went to buy it they said it was $139 instead of $119. Was told that they forgot to change the prices. They had that $119 price for a long time. The other guitars like it were also tagged at $119. I Was told that because of dents and scratches, they would give it to me for the $119 price. I paid new guitar price for a used guitar. What a con. If my wife didn't love it I would have left without it.
