Music & Arts reviews
5Called today to have them put aside some items I needed for my concert. First time they hung up on me. Called a second time and finally picked up and said they are now closed on Sundays. Very rude and inconvenient towards me even though I have spend so much money in their store for my music program. Guess I'll be going through someone else for my items. Thanks for nothing Music and Arts!
W O K E and not ashamed. The singing lessons are good because of teacher Joe. You cant use gift certificates without giving your personal credit card. You have to give every bit if your info to untrust worthy employees. Tattoos with witch craft are allowed. Employees are allowed to act rude and dress inappropiatedly. The company cares more about their woke agenda then you. They tell you lies they hire people who will treat you horribly. Its a dark place not good for children. If you are Christian you will be treated bad. They made my 8 year old daughters dream totally opposite nightmare
Music & Arts in Patchogue is a great store offering lessons, guitars, amps, instrument accessories, and more. I've been to this location a few times and the service has always been pleasant and helpful. Store is also very clean. Keep rockin!
I started taking singing lessons 6 months ago with Joe D. I came in because I love to sing and wanted to continue doing it with guidance, technique, and so on. Joe has made me love singing more than I remembered. I look forward to our classes each week. I am constantly learning, being challenged, and having fun. Joe is an expert at what he does and I feel confident that he has made me grow. Joe is an excellent piano player as well and teaches lessons. 100/10 professor I highly recommend.
I have never been treated more rudely in my life than by Jaqueline at Music and Arts. Rude, condescending, unprofessional, I could go on and on. I have always believed it’s not what you say but how you say it. She could’ve easily explained the store policies and procedures to me (a first time customer unfamiliar with their extremely rigid & difficult process of booking and changing lesson appointments) without being just nasty- down to laughing/cackling at me (in front of me) with her fellow employees because I asked why she was treating me the way she was. Once the lessons I paid for are complete (because I wouldn’t dare attempt to make a switch again), I will never go back here ever again.
