They plan to raise maintenance charges next year for people on fixed incomes while spending money on lights, doors, not needed. The HVAC charges expire next year but they plan to incorporate them into the permanent maintenance charges so those who thought HVAC charges would end, they won’t.

Great location and with convenient public transportation and sever playgrounds nearby. However, it has the worst supermarket in the neighborhood that is extremely overpriced.
