I had a large party going to and from the airport for a destination wedding. M&V office staff was very accommodating providing the right transportation to comfortably seat twelve passengers, wedding gowns, suits and.many pieces of luggage. I used them as second time to and from the airport. Each time the pickup and drop off was one time with courteous and professional drivers. I have scheduled another rental to the port for twenty-two passengers. I am completely satisfied with their service I will not use anyone else. Thank you Jenna and to the great staff for doing a terrific job!

Used their service to transport all out of town attendees of my son's wedding from the hotel to the wedding venue. Service was perfect. Office staff was very helpful in arranging exactly what I wanted - especially the multiple return trips from the venue to the hotel. Driver was excellent. I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend M&V Limousines.

The process to booking the limousines and shuttles was super easy and they worked with me as I tried to figure out the best timing and had some route changes. I also appreciate that they call us to make sure our timing works as we did not realize certain shuttles couldn't drive on all roads! The shuttles themselves were nice and clean. We did have some major issues with the 24 person shuttle - it was raining that day and the bus was leaking. Not a small leak - but constant water pouring through the ceiling in the hall and seats. Luckily that shuttle was half full going so people were able to avoid it, otherwise there would be no way people wouldn't have ruined their outfits. I also understand NY traffic could be unpredictable, but our limo was 30+ minutes late and our big guest shuttle was close to an hour late. We had to delay the start of the wedding to ensure everyone could make it and it added unnecessary stress and rush right before the big moment. I tried to talk to them afterwards, but was never able to get into contact with them. I would just recommend giving yourself plenty of time!

We used M&V this past weekend for our wedding and it was amazing. They were helpful throughout the whole experience. Jack, Lucas, and Senior were fantastic to work with and accommodated us with everything we needed on the big day. We definitely recommend their service. It was professional, easy, and far exceeded our expectations.

I rented a limousine for my Sweet 16! The service was great but the limo was pretty hot. The seats near the rear ends had heaters under the seats which made my legs hot. They chauffeur waited kindly. However they messaged me complaining about the tip. I apologize if I wasn’t able to give more money for tip but it was rude to to do.

Wonderful people! We have used them several times. The last time we were to be picked up at the Amtrak Station in NYC. Our train arrived 5 hours late! I called M&V and they said "No problem". When we arrived (5 hours late) our driver was there waiting for us. Very dependable and courteous. We would use them every time we need a ride.

This business went severely down hill in all fashions i used to rent from them all the time now almost all vehicles are damaged or broken they have almost no limos left and were unwilling to offer any deal for a return customer and have only one antique bridal car to offer

We used them for our wedding and the service was first class all around. Booking, pricing, and quality was a 10 out of 10. They even extended transportation time for us. I cannot say enough great things about this company and the people who work there. Recommend them to all friends and family. Thank you for making our special day even greater.

I forgot the names BUT! I hired them as our transportation for our wedding and it was flawless! They arrived on time, our limo and bus drivers were not just drivers but they helped me in so many ways! (Fluff my gown, held my bouquet, opened the door of the church).

Jenna and the rest of the M&V team were amazing! We used both their coach bus and SUV services for our wedding day on 5/21/2022. Communication leading up to and through the event was terrific. The day of staff were professional, early to the pickup times and easy to contact. I highly recommend them!

This is a top notch organization from top to bottom. We used them for a large family trip to Manhattan and the customer service rep we booked through was absolutely fantastic. Exceptional detail was used to ensure we had the best possible trip we could imagine. Our driver Vito was superb. Incredibly professional but also very down to earth. He went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. He also was very knowledgeable about the city and gave us great tips while we navigated the city. If we could give this company 100 stars, we would. I'd recommend their services in a heartbeat.

Used M&V Limo many times. Mostly for airport transportation, but recently had my daughter and her friend use M&V for a concert. I left these two sixteen year-old girls in the very good hands of the driver, Tony Bernstein, and he reassured me of the great care he would use for them. Tony called me when he dropped them off and watched them enter the new Belmont Arena. At the end of the concert, Tony called me to inform that he had to park the limo and walk up to the Arena and get them. Not to many limo drivers would do that, but Tony did that for me. Once he got them, my daughter called me to let me know that this in fact happened.

I’ve used m & v for my whole life. Well at least my parents did when i was younger. Then when i was getting married this year i decided to go with them because of their selection, prices, and decent ratings. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. We were disappointed when the vintage car was choose didnt make it to the wedding on the day of no less! In addition, the driver made a huge mistake the day of! Not going to get into the details but that’s the reason for the minus 1 star. Overall, lance our other driver was beyond fantastic and the company was able to repair any of the damage done.

M&V were fantastic. Our driver Vito was professional attentive and was easy to contact. We had our junior prom and he provided updates on locations and status. He was great and the kids loved him! Booking was easy and Jenna was great they emailed and called to confirm pick up and drop off. They made a wonderful night for the kids and a great experience I would highly recommend!

I used M & V to bring me and a group back and forth from the airport. I’ve always said, a companies true colors show when something goes wrong and not when everything goes smooth. We had a minor hiccup with pick up and Eric contacted me immediately and made it right. It’s refreshing to use a company that cares about its clients. I will be using them again in the future. I recommend them for sure.

We used M&V limos for a bachelorette/bachelor party night and Tony the driver was amazing! Always there perfectly on time. Always with a smile. He was the best limo driver we have ever had. Honestly made our night. The limo was clean and modern. Had a great sound system and lighting. I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent service every step of the way also. If you have a chance to use this company you’ll have a great time!

We rented their 45 passenger party bus for our daughters birthday. It had a bleach smell to it, the floors were all sticky from beer and when they pulled up there were empty beer cans rolling around. As I started cleaning up to let everyone inside and load up the 1 ice bin, I found empty beers and cups in the ice box. It looks like they had the bus out the night before and just added waters to the mess. It was a complete disaster. I only used this place because the place I usually use was booked. No comparison between the two. Trans star executive is the way to go if you want to rent a party bus. The only good part with this company was the driver. I felt he got us there and back safely. I will never be using this company again and neither will any of the 35 people I had on there.

Jenna at M&V did a great job helping me plan a last minute limo to the city for my daughters sweet 16 dinner. Communication was smooth and details ironed out. She gave me a great price on a beautiful limo and Vito the driver was professional and super nice - highly recommend!

Initially had a great conversation with the company or book my limo for my wedding. They took my $200 deposit and only sent us a receipt. This receipt had ridiculous terms of service taking about customers not writing bad reviews and them not being responsible for sending the wrong limo. I called back and explained that we didn’t feel comfortable with these terms and requested a refund. I was told that they would issue it right away. Well it’s been almost a week and my refund has still not been issued. I feel like I am being played. All I am asking for is a refund because I don’t feel comfortable with the company’s terms of service which are only listed on a receipt when no contract was given. This company needs to understand that plans change and we customers request a refund it needs to be issued. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and they think that I’ll forget about my money. Please issue the refund or I will need to take legal matters.
