17I've been coming here for 15 years and sad to say that I don't think I'll come back since the new management. Rudy is the only friendly face, everyone else is just there for the $ and it seems like there are premium charges for breathing now. I'll stay a bit longer and hope it improves. Bring Dr Greenberg and Lisa back.
I haven’t gotten my contacts in over 2 months because they kept sending the wrong ones and now no one has been answering calls the past few days for the status of them.
I'm so glad I didn't allow the negative reviews to dissuade me from coming here- everyone was especially kind and courteous.
Dr. Mark Greenburg was exceptional and spot on with my contact lens prescription. He helped me pick contacts that were comfortable and appropriate for my astigmatism and dry eyes. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with answering all my questions.
Rudy was also very helpful in ordering my contacts and even gave me extra samples because my contacts would lens order would be delayed. I really appreciated him going the extra mile.
I would definitely recommend them and return for future eye care.
Was told over the phone that they accept Cigna, however when I got there for an appointment I was told my insurance doesn’t have eye care which upon calling my insurance was not true instead of a $40 copay was charged $99 due to incompetence

The doctors were very good and knowledgeable, but the staff for actually getting eyeware was not very good at all. Took almost 2 months to receive my glasses (not a difficult prescription at all). When I asked about why it would take so long, the response was 'well it's not our fault. '
Also when I first walked in the glasses staff was cursing and acting very unprofessional. I normally do not care about cursing but this was excessive even by my standards. I do not recommend this place.
Don’t waste your money here. The opticians took our bifocal prescription and did not fill it as it was written. Instead they filled it as a single vision lens. Then when I picked up the glasses I was told that I needed to have asked for the bifocal Rx! I am not an optician! I gave them a prescription that the doctor gave to me and they should’ve filled it as written or advised me about the option. Wasted time and money! Never returning.
Everyone in the facility was able to assist. Easy to make an appointment, quick exam and consultation, as well as plenty of frames to choose. No complaints!
Been going here for ten years now. Good service and staffing. Contacts are easy to order there. I ran out once and they gave me free small box until mine came in from shipping. Very nice shop, easy parking.
Been going here 16 years, always satisfied. Dr. Greenberg is an expert, and very nice. All the staff are pleasant. They have a good eye for helping you pick out glasses. My prescriptions always come out perfect for contacts as well and the doctor found me the right contacts for me that don't hurt my eyes. Great place.
There service has declined over the years. They use to be pretty good. Now they do a horrible job of getting insurance information. They made me an appointment, then called to confirm the appointment and my insurance info. Then when i arrive for the appointment they didnt have any information about my insurance and i had to cancel the appt. Then i had to call them again about the insurance. I mean they dont have it together there, they are either incompetent or short staffed. Steer clear.
Not a good experience. They lost my appointment although they confirmed 2 days before. Staff was a bit judgemental.
I wish I could give them no stars. My mother went there for the first time and it was the worse experience she ever had purchasing a glasses. She was overcharged and the quality lens was horrible. She complain about the quality of the lens and they just gave her the run around. She had to go back several times, and issue was not resolved. She will NEVER go back there and would NOT recommend them to anyone.
My glasses broke today and I presented without an appointment hoping to get an emergent “back up” frame until I could see my doctor. Though I don’t get seen here, Sonia picked out a totally cute frame that I love and fit my lenses perfectly. Thanks for the happy ending to my mini crisis Sonia!
Recently went for the first time for check up. The staff is so cordial and really made me feel comfortable.the Dr is great. Love this place! Friendly, professional staff - short wait time
I required a contact lense examination. I was quoted on the phone that my co pay was 40 dollars. After exam i was charged 60. They said it was 20 for the exam and 40 for the fitting of the lenses. Ive worn lenses for 40 years. What fitting instructions did i need? Avoid this place unless you like being mislead
They were super nice to me, I called regarding an emergency with contact lenses. Rudy spoke to me and told me to just walk in and ask for him. They took me right away and helped me out! Thank you!
