MyTuxes at Ginos Galleria Tuxedos, Farmingdale NY

The service was great! The lady who works there gave us choices for husband and kid to wear for the special occasion. I loved both of the suits. We found what we were looking for in Gino's tuxes.

I understand that during the pandemic businesses are quite short staffed. But each and every time I went here, there was at least a two hour wait. My son had to travel from the city to get his fitting and was really pressed for time. He finally spoke up and asked if someone could just take his measurements that he brought from Men's Warehouse from a wedding he just attended. The owner (I believe) says he had to be patient because it was so short staffed. He/I explained that we were masked because we were immuno compromised and were uncomfortable waiting in the crowded room with all the other unmasked patrons. The owner said she was also immuno compromised (but not wearing a mask herself). When I went to pick up the tux to spare my son the aggravation, the young lady who takes the measurements over heard my conversation with another customer about wait times etc, she interjected into the conversation and was quite rude. Aside from horrible customer service skills, there is absolutely no parking. Rte 109 is very busy so it makes some interesting navigating.

Horrible woman at the front desk, I can't believe she sold dirty tuxedos to my grandson's bridal party. We are all appalled at the uncleanliness of the tuxedos! I feel scammed!

Highly dissatisfied with this establishment. The staff was not accommodating, not knowledgeable and unsure about the inventory they had. I ended up using them, given the location for my party guests. The tuxedos simply didn’t have that crisp clean look, and they didn’t have the vest I wanted. Long wait times for me and my group. I reccomend not to patron.

Super friendly staff, they treated me and my wedding party so kindly took loads of stress off us, and great prices on top of everything!

The best experience - highly recommend getting men's formalwear from here for any occasion. Joyce saved our wedding when a different retailer could not provide the service they promised 2 weeks before our wedding on 6/26/21. As we were scrambling for last minute tuxedos for 12 men, Joyce put us as ease and provided exceptional service. How she was able to provide 12 perfectly fitting tuxedos 2 days before our wedding is beyond me! Thank you to Joyce and her great staff - the men looked amazing on our wedding day!

From the moment we entered the store, the disorganization was obvious. Long wait times, unattentive staff, Not happy with the tux, it was tattered and stained. I reccomend choosing a different company to do business. The inventory is from late 80s styles that arent relevant anymore.
