It's extremely disappointing how rude the ladies are that work for this company. My insurance went up a significant amount, and we're told I "should be thankful for that price". I understand that prices are going up, but the fact that they couldn't take a few minutes to see if I was qualified for any lower rates, but instead tell me I should be happy, it's upsetting. Where's the customer service! I already didn't like going there because of another past bad experience, but now I most definitely will be finding a way to drop them so I won't have to go through them anymore.

Hello.my primary residence is Nassau/Queens county. I have another home in Hyde Park.my insurance Co downstate was ready to drop me like a hot potato due to having paying guests in my home, although that was shared out of the gate.
