I had a wonderful experience there, the ladies were friendly and they know what they’re doing. Will definitely recommend anyone that’s curious.

I go every 4 weeks for a mani/pedi excellent service, clean and very comfortable environment. Highly recommend!

This place is dirty and smelly. The strong plastic smell will make you feel dizziness. They are arrogant and no mannner. They could let you wait for one hour and tell you they can’t do anything because they need to serve people who come after you. Ridiculous place.

They did a really nice job, my design came out very clean and good and they were very sweet. I got exactly what I wanted

A friend and I went to get a manicure and pedicure. While her pedicure was good, my manicurist went far too deep into the cuticle on my nails causing several fingers to bleed. 6 of my fingernails have been bleeding for over an hour, and I have had to change my bandaid multiple times. The staff was extremely nice and helped me bandage it as well as not charging me, but in the end I was unable to get my nails done because of the heavy bleeding. My nails were naturally long, and now 4 of my nails are broken and need to be cut completely short.

I'd like to give them a good review, but that's not possible. On several different occasions, the most recent one being today. I've called ahead and asked about availability for an appointment. Only for them to give me a time, I arrive, and then I sit there waiting and wasting time.
Because they lied about availability! Today, after waiting 15 minutes and there's been times I've waited even longer in the past) I walked up to the woman who told me what time to arrive, and ask her what was going on. Very nonchalantly as if my time isn't as valuable as hers, she says, "Oh well, someone came in ahead of you. You just have to wait longer now. " No apology for lying, or for the inconvenience. I have a life. This is not a free favor. I am paying for a service, and I deserve the respect that comes with that. They could have told me over the phone they were too busy. At very least, they could've shown courtesy and respect to me as a customer. By telling me when I walked through the door of the shop.
I got there thinking I was about to get services, not a 15 min plus wait. She even asked me if I was the one who had called for the appointment. She could have told me then. This happens repeatedly, and it's the disrespect that makes me decide to take my business elsewhere. Like my favorite Nail Tech who use to work there did!

May is an absolutely amazing nail tech! I would recommend her and the salon a million times over. She is the sweetest and does the best work especially with designs!

This is the BEST nail place I have ever been too! They are so friendly and always willing to do any time of nail design. I can show them a picture of nails and they always come out exactly like the picture! Love love love this place.

I got a powder manicure there and it started to chip after 3 days. By the time a week and a half came, all nails were completely broken. When I called they told me I could come in to have them fixed. I drove 20 minutes, the woman wasnt working, so i called the next day. They adamantly refused to help me and refused to take the nails off even though I took photos of my nails every day since they started chipping. When I tried to talk to them about it they HUNG UP ON ME! I am a medical student and do not have time to drive 20 minutes for a few chipped nails nor do I have the money to repay for my nails. By far the worst manicure I have ever gotten in my life. I am disgusted by this salon and the behavior of the staff.

Always go to either May or Amy and they do a great job! It is always super clean in there too!

When you walk into Nail Art Unlimited, take a moment to appreciate the beautiful greenery. You can tell that someone really puts effort into taking care of those plants as they've returned the favor with their gorgeous foliage and stunning blooms.

This individual really takes pride in their work and is known for their diligence. If you ever have the chance of sitting down with May, you will observe her utter focus, determination, and art happening in front of you in the most efficient way. Every time I sit with her, I just question "I don't how how she's become so amazing at it? "

An artist hones their craft, they say.

May is an artist, she is a perfectionist, she takes puts in effort into her work so both the patron and her can look back at the art and say, "that is stunning! " She will make you feel like Barbie (or whatever comparison makes you feel like you can grab the world with your hands).

And that is the work of May. Make sure you book an appointment with her. And thank her for all the work she puts in with the plants.

Had a terrible experience here that showed the poor quality of the products and the staff. I had nicely asked them questions about my manicure that was horribly done, and I only received rudeness and unprofessionalism in return. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and don’t go here.

Love this place! Clean, professional and also very homey. The women work hard to make sure you are happy before you leave. Always a good selection of colors for dip powder, And the pedicure Deluxe is our favorite. Also, Sophie is back, so happy!

Was my first time going to this nail shop (I’m not from the area) and the service was amazing, as well as the sweet employees who treated me with care. I did a pedicure and it was very relaxing when they washed and massaged my feet, then painted it with a color that matched the photo that I showed them. I went a second time to get my acrylics removed and to paint them afterwards with the same color to match with my feet. They made sure I was okay when drilling my nails down, asking if it was hurting or to tell them about any discomfort. Overall I was satisfied with the service and I thank all the employees for being welcoming.

This place gives itself fake reviews! Beware of this salon…they are very unprofessional, dirty, and rude!

I have been going go this salon for a very very long time because it is VERY professional and the staff is fantastic! I always go to May because she is absolutely fabulous at what she does. She’s very kind, friendly and hands down one of the best in the business! I wouldn’t go to anyone else. And to top it off they’re so reasonable with their prices which is great too! If ur looking for a place to get ur nails done, I highly recommend coming here and ask for May…. She never disappoints!

Gave this place a second chance after first bad experience. And now second bad experience…never again! First of all, this place does NOT sterilize their tools in between clients! That’s how infections happen…Second, may is rude! I couldn’t believe all the good reviews she has; which is why I asked for her. She was asking me about my personal life which isn’t a problem, but then she was literally insulting me! I was so shocked and offended, I should have left. But then I stuck through it only to get hurt by the drill! Multiple times…with blood. There’s no good nail places in this area it’s so frustrating!

I’ve been going here for years. Those gals all do good work! Never an issue or complaint. I would definitely recommend Nail Art!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a little while now. Despite making appointments each time, I’m always left waiting 30-40 minutes before my nails are even started. I understand it can get busy, but it’s unprofessional to leave customers waiting that long for pre-scheduled appointments.
