Nana's Ice Cream and Coffee House reviews
29I had the Banana Bubble Tea and Banana pudding icecream and it was fantastic! My new icecream place!
This place is so adorable! Such awesome flavors and a large selection and variety. Staff was so sweet and helpful! Will come again!
The guy here was really hospitable and friendly. He was doing everything himself, alone, but offered a very good service. We had pleasant time at this place.
Customer service is beyond exceptional. You see the people behind the counter are not only professional but also very humble, they greet you nicely, they know what’s on the menu and what is in each dish. They try to help you by going out of there way. Their food is delicious, it taste a lot better than other restaurants I’ve been and not only their service is responsive and fast, they’re indeed out there with very affordable prices.
Some good choices of out of the ordinary flavor ice creams with home made waffle cones. Comfortable seating.
A neat little coffee house with both indoor and outdoor seating. The shop offers a variety of beverages from your regular coffee fare to more exciting options such as bubble tea. The food is delicious. I would definitely recommend trying out any one of their fabulous grilled cheese sandwiches.
Nice cozy cafe with cute decoration. We had bubble tea and fish and chips. Food was good. Drinks were ok. I was expecting the fruity flavors to be available without cream but they are not.
There are few ice cream place with character anymore. Must are chains that just look like Corporate America. This is a great example of a place with character, and good ice cream too!
What a cute place! Great service, and the ice cream is delicious. We will definitely come back.
Great spot. Ice cream shop that now has some nice food options. Salads, grilled cheese sandwiches and wraps. They have the classic and some “fancy pants” grilled cheese sandwiches w goat cheese and sundries tomatoes, caramelized onions etc. Food was super good.
They have a classic choc chip cookie w waffle cone bits. Very good!
4 words, banana pudding ice cream! I never knew such a thing existed until stumbling upon it while looking for dessert after a good meal.
That aside, everything is made fresh in house
The people who work here are extremely nice, and the place is adorable. Couches, very relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I tried is some of the bubble tea flavors, and they're not good. It's all made with powders. I've had powdered bubble tea that's pretty decent, but this one is very artificial tasting and overly sweet. I tried the matcha green tea, taro, and strawberry. I wouldn't recommend. Parking is street, and can be difficult at times.
Cozy place. Staff was very nice. Food took a while to come, but place was crowded. I don't hold that against them. Food was really good when we got it.
Went here with my pals and it was great! The guy was super cool and nice and honestly? Love the waffle I had 10/10
Food took way too long. Counter staff didn't have it together. Burger over cooked and fries cold. Grilled cheese was ok. Belgian waffle tasted funny- almost pretzel like. Didn't have dessert but they looked ok. Owners kids running around and jumping all over us as we waited for food on the couches. Don't see a reason to return.
Not very good service: they got very confused with our order and it took a long time. Taro bubble tea was not that great. Also expensive for what it is. The three cats in the place next door was probably the best thing about it.
This place needs a HUGE makeover. The menus were all ripped up and falling apart, it smelled like onions which was ruining the entire vibe and the place was very crummy overall. The staff is nice and food is decent too but it needs to be renovated and something really needs to be done about the odor I was unable to stay more than 20 mins due to the horrible smell!
My friends and I went to Nana's yesterday for the first time. We loved the atmosphere! Tiffany, the owner, set up two tables in the back for us, that were ready when we got there. There was music playing and great variety, from old to new, all different genres. We ordered a few different items from the menu, all were delicious! So many options to choose from it was hard to pick one! Our group had Belgium waffles, cheeseburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, and salads. We also had hot tea, and bubble tea, which was the best I ever had! Everything was amazing! The food tasted clean, made with wholesome ingredients, nothing greasy. Tiffany gave us ice cream on the house, and she made a fresh batch of whipped cream for us! The flavors were amazing and the whipped cream was super! Probably the best I ever had! Tiffany and her husband were super attentive and accommodating! My friends and I had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to hanging out at Nana's again! Hopefully they get their liquor license soon!
Only 2 people working to do food & tables. Staff was overwhelmed. Food was fine, sent back dirty water glasses. Will think twice about rushing back.
