9Good experience at napa. They gave me the wrong pads at first but then they corrected it. I don't like the napa brand pads though
The employee that helped me was very nice and saved me from buying the wrong windsheild wiper. I appreciate his help and will go there again if I need any auto supplies.
Find another location. They stock next to nothing and the staff are not helpful and don't listen. "Do you guys carry XYZ? " "Let me waste you time hunting down something that isn't what you asked for"
Opened right at 7am. Had the battery I needed. Showed me how to get the REBATE on said battery. I'm happy!

Went in today 2 workers at the counter, asked a question got ignored and than guy asked customer behind me to come to counter.
Last time I use napa for anything. Canceling my commercial account.
Napa will save you some cash. They sure saved me some. I saved $34.00.on rear coil springs on my vehicle.so yes l I like Napa.
Services is Slow. I stranded in line for dam near a hour waiting for a guy in front of me to get a simple spark plug by the time it was my turn I already put the things I wanted to purchase back and left. Can’t have customer service like that
Mostly Knowledgeable people but it takes forever to get your parts. You can not pay for anything until it comes out of the warehouse and then while you are waiting the person who was taking care of you now has some one else so you have to wait for them to get done and as long as they do not answer the phone you can get your parts and go.
My name is Chris 4 days ago I went in to this location not knowing what to do after a friend swapped my motor for me after the swap the front axle seal started leaking transmission fluid, so I went to the Hiawatha boulevard location where an associate name Steve attempted to help me, nice guy but now I have almost 7 quarts of the wrong transmission fluid that’s been running through my car for days, needless to say I’m extremely upset and hoping no permanent damage has come of this.
And plan to call Dave the location to one manager this morning.
