9 If you need some Napa know how, this is where you can get that part.
I needed a caliper bracket, today, it was critical!
Walked in, set my part on the counter and the lady knew what it was and was knowledgeable about automotive stuff and was very helpful.
So they didn't have the bracket but did have a caliper that came with one so that's what I had to do.
I only had $109 in checking and it was like 108 but the nice lady brought it down to 102 somehow. This was the day before Thanksgiving. Totally saved me, thank you Napa!
I have been going to this location for years.
The staff- especially Harold- is extremely knowledgeable, kind and accommodating.
In an era where many parts stores always ask "Year, make, and model", these guys can actually find parts without that prerequisite. That is an indication of the years of experience that they possess.
The store is chock full of parts, accessories, and tools.
If you can't find it there today, chances are they can get it shipped to the store within a day or two.
Prices are competitive with other establishments, but, I have frequently found better pricing here than anywhere else.
Will return here again and again, without hesitation.
The staff is extremely helpful and polite. They will serve you and your needs better than any big chain auto part store around.

NAPA actually answers the phone and was courteous. Competitors near by are either super rude, put you on hold for 20 minutes or don't answer at all. This store is out of the way for me but worth it.
I drove by this place.never stopped. Five stars I give this because it's a great place to stop when you need something. A+
Love NAPA. Rarely have an issue with any parts, and service is always outstanding. Better than other local parts stores who change employees daily with McDonald's drop outs. Used to use advance and the zone. But after having my account "merged" one store lost over 20 YEARS or info saying I had only 3 purchases. I walk into Napa, even without my receipt they know me and just get it done. Napa or nowhere.
Website said they had a tool in stock and when I get there not only am I told it isn't available, I was told that the website is commonly incorrect regarding what is and is not available. Customer service was good, even suggested another place I might find the tool right in the same plaza. Didn't find it there either, but at least he tried to help
