4The web site listed that you were open to 4 on Saturday drove all the way there and found the store was closed at 3 even the sign on the door said open to 4.
Terrible warranty policy! As a shop owner in the area, I will NEVER purchase from here much less recommend to customers. Parts are decent, but warranty for parts is deceitful and overall attitude of employees is poor to say the least. I regret every penny I’ve spent over the last 24 years as zero help is offered for a failed alternator 6 months old. Customer can not exchange and must pay twice for labor and part. Total embarrassment to the shop and I will not stand with any company that places my business in jeopardy.
Went in for wiper blades the store clerk literally had me in and out in 5 mins
