I hate to write a a low review here because the customer service was great. I went to store for an alternator and belt for a Ford ranger. The alternator was available the next day, I got the parts. Their system recommended the wrong sized belt, I exchanged it for another belt, wrong size again, got belt at different store, no problems. After installing, the truck "ran", battery kept dying, something above my mechanical ability was wrong. Brought to garage, apparently the alternator was defective and wired wrong. The customer service was great but I'd rather have a dirt bag sell me the right parts. Now I have to pay a garage for something I should of fixed myself. Thanks napa.
