EDIT: Joy, the Senior Manager, reached out to me and offered to facilitate the exchange for the right color. She handled the situation with grace and superb service. I am happy with the outcome with this situation and would shop here again.

Do not come here to get color matched! If the store associates color match you incorrectly (and you do not live in NYC), corporate NARS cannot facilitate a return or exchange.

I came in on Thanksgiving and quickly purchased the Natural Radiant and Longwear foundations in Patagonia, based on color information available on the website. After trying on the foundation that night, I realized it was too dark on me. That is my mistake.

I went in the next day to get color matched and exchange my foundation for the right color. I did get color matched by an associate, but the color match was wrong! She used a very thin layer and therefore was very difficult to see the differences. I went home to Philadelphia, only to find that the new foundation was too light!

NARS— train your damn store associates to correctly color match by applying a “normal” amount of foundation to see if the medium-high coverage is the right color!

I called corporate to see if I could exchange for the right color but they cannot help as they only facilitate online orders (even though I purchased from a NARS store? What company doesn’t have omnichannel capabilities these days?).

Terrible service. Terrible outcome. Now I’m stuck with foundation that isn’t the right color for me. So disappointed after years of using NARS products. I will never purchase directly from them again.

NARS— do better.

Phenomenal hospitality at this location! Tiffany was very helpful and knowledgeable about both skincare and makeup application. She matched my skin tone with a foundation shade perfectly, and taught me how to apply the new sheer Matt foundation using the nars foundation brush.

It's a cute little boutique store. I liked it and the are very customer friendly there.
