I was referred to Ricky through a mutual friend. Ricky & his team are very friendly, professional, great communicator, timely and straight to the point. These qualities made it easy to decide to use them. I live in CT and Ricky quoted me an amount that was over 2k less than my highest estimate and $500 less than my lowest estimate here in CT. Nassau Collision helped me through the arduous process of recovering my 2018 Mazda after it was nailed by another driver. Ricky helped me from day 1 and immediately eased my worries. He assisted me with all of my insurance questions and helped me through the whole process. There was a huge amount of damage to my poor car, but they put it back together like brand new! I would never know anything had happened to it, I am extremely happy with how it came out. They were easily available to be reached and always call you back quickly. Thank you Nassau Collision for another great experience! I have been a frequent flyer at Nassau Collision this past year (3X). Not my fault! Luckily I have Ricky and his team. They are professional and knowledgeable, I needed my front bumper replaced.now my car looks brand new inside and out since they cleaned the inside of my car as well. Besides the beautiful work and wonderful customer service, the repairs to my car actually cost less than Ricky estimated. I would highly recommend this body shop!

I am so grateful to have found Ricky as my go to person for any car issues. He is very honest person and goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. My husband was in car accident during Covid times and he was able to get us in and fix our car right away. I got my car back clean and vacuumed which is another plus. I bring all my family car related issues to him and he fixes it the right away! I moved out to Astoria but i still come to him and will be going to him in the future no matter where i live.

5 stars! Ricky and his team were very transparent about how they were going to repair my Audi S5. He was very detailed and explained to me the process and parts that would be needed to get the job done. His shop was also open for me to drop by any time I wanted to look at the progress and see what the guys were doing. The car looks and feels brand new. I certainly put it through it's paces after and everything held up nicely. Don't want to go through that again but if I had to I'd go right back.
