Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union, East Meadow NY

This is a great bank and excellent staff. I am giving one star due to the fact, your phone system is garbage. Who designed it? It’s impossible to speak to a representative at the bank. If you are lucky it will transfer you somewhere else:

Complete trash.

I should be able to hit 0 and get to a person
Like Teachers Federal credit union on the other side of the parking lot

Thanking God that my very first interaction with customer service (spoke to a rep/manager/director, Jason) is also going to be my last as I am paying off and closing all my accounts.

I was charged some fees. I wasn’t blaming anyone about who was responsible and didn’t even want all of them refunded.

Sad. I wanted to keep supporting a local business but other bank (s) have them beat in how customer are treated, which is something NFCU CAN actually control.

Phone services has too many menus and once you get to someone they are very poorly apt to deal with clients over the phone.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experiences I have had with the East Meadow Nassau Financial Credit Union. They great you as soon as you walk in, their always pleasant and quick. I never have a problem
with them solving any of my issues. Everyone these days tell you to go the website. They help you in person. With that if you want good friendly service go to East Meadow. And, you can get it the ATM area quicker. The Garden City area it's hard to get in that door when there close.

Great staff, Mohammed and his team are very courteous and kind. They are up to date with the newest technology and at the same time very Welcoming.

Beautiful new bank, super friendly staff, always a great experience when I go in there!
